Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は自動車用ワイヤハーネス等の接続に用いられる
雌端子金具に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
第５図において、雌端子金具ａは雌型電気接触部ｂと電
線接続部ｃを有し、雌型電気接触部ｂにおいて基筒部b1
の前方においてスリットb2により分割された状態で２個
の弧状弾性接触片b3が形成され、該２個の弾性接触片b3
の弧状接触端b3′間において相手方雄端子金具ｄ（第６
図参照）の受入空間b4が形成されている。
２個の弧状接触端b3′は、第６図（ａ）の場合には、弧
状形における周方向の両端部b5，b5が雄端子金具ｄと接
触する構成となっているので、２個の弧状接触端b3′間
における相手方雄端子金具ｄは４個の端部b5により挟持
されることとなって接触位置での安定性が確保されてい
るが、他方において一枚の弧状弾性接触片b3における接
触荷重が２個の端部b5に半分ずつ分散されてしまい、強
い接触圧が得られなくなる。
これに対し、第６図（ｂ）の場合には、弧状接触端b3″
秒における周方向の中間部b6が雄端子金具ｄと接触する
構成となっているので、一枚の弧状弾性接触片b3におけ
る接触荷重が該中間部b6に集中するので強い接触圧が得
られるが、逆に雄端子金具ｄの姿勢安定性に欠けること
となる。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
本考案は上記した点に着目して為されたものであり２個
の弧状弾性接触片間において、相手方雄端子金具の姿勢
を安定させつつ強い接触圧を得るようにして電気接触の
信頼性を高めるようにしたものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
上記の目的を達成するため、本考案においては、雌型電
気接触部において基筒部の前方にスリットにより二分割
された相対向する一対の弾性接触片を有し、 一方の弾性接触片の内側に周方向に間隔を存して丸ピン
状雄端子金具に対する複数の接触部を設け、他方の弾性
接触片の内側において該複数の接触部の中間部分に対向
して１個の接触部を設ける構成を採用した。
〔実施例〕
第１図及び第２図において、金属板材より打抜き、折曲
されて形成される雌端子金具Ａに雌型電気接触部A1と電
線接続部A2とより成り、雌型電気接触部A1において円形
の基筒部１の前方にスリット２により２個の弾性接触片
3,3を有する。
各弾性接触部３は自由端に弧状の接触端3a,3bを有し、
一方の接触端3aの内方には周方向に間隔を存して２個の
インデント状接触部3a1・3a1が突設され、他方の接触端
3bの内方において上記２個の接触部3a1・3a1の中間部分
に対向して１個のインデント状接触部3b1が突設されて
いる。
従って、２個の弧状の接触端3a,3b間に相手方の丸ピン
状雄端子金具Ｂが挿入されると３個の接触部3a1・3a1，
3b1は専ら雄端子金具Ｂの姿勢を安定させるように作用
すると共に対向側の単一の接触部b1は専ら接触圧を高め
るように作用する（第３図参照）。
上記実施例においては、姿勢を安定させる側の接触部を
２個としたが、３個以上あってもよい。
第４図は上記接触端3a,3bの変更例を示し、第４図
（ａ）においては、インデント状接触部に代えて接触端
3c,3dには直接接触部3c1・3c1，3d1が構成され、第４図
（ｂ）においては、接触端3a,3dにおいてインデント状
接触部3a1・3a1と直接接触部3d1の組み合わせが用いら
れ、第４図（ｃ）においては、接触端3c,3bにおいて直
接接触部3c1・3c1とインデント状接触部3b1の組み合わ
せが用いられている。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案は上記した如くに、雌型電気接触部において基筒
部の前方にスリットにより二分割された相対向する一対
の弾性接触片を有し、 一方の弾性接触片の内側に周方向に間隔を存して丸ピン
状雄端子金具に対する複数の接触部を設け、他方の弾性
接触片の内側において該複数の接触部の中間部分に対向
して１個の接触部を設けて成るものであるから、相対向
する一対の弾性接触片間において挿入される雄端子金具
に対する接触圧を高めつつ姿勢を安定して保持し得る特
長を有する。

  1. 【請求項１】雌型電気接触部において基筒部の前方にス
    リットにより二分割された相対向する一対の弾性接触片
    を有し、 一方の弾性接触片の内側に周方向に間隔を存して丸ピン
    状雄端子金具に対する複数の接触部を設け、他方の弾性
    接触片の内側において該複数の接触部の中間部分に対向
    して１個の接触部を設けて成ることを特徴とする雌端子
    金具。
