2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a washing machine of a stirring type has been mainly used. This type of washing machine puts laundry, a predetermined amount of water and detergent into a washing / dehydrating tub, and rotates a stirring blade at the bottom of the washing / dehydrating tub by a motor to stir the laundry and water to wash the detergent. In addition to dissolving and acting on dirt, dirt is removed by friction between the laundry and friction between the laundry and the inner wall of the washing / dewatering tub and the stirring blades.

However, in such a conventional washing machine, depending on the type of the laundry, the laundry surface is damaged by friction such that the cloth surface is fluffed, frayed, or entangled and stretched. However, when the stirring force is weakened in order to reduce the frictional force of the laundry, there is a problem that sufficient cleaning performance cannot be ensured. Further, from the viewpoint of resource saving and energy saving such as water saving and detergent saving, the stirring type washing machine has a problem that a large amount of water and detergent are required at one time.
