Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a drum type washing machine that puts laundry into a rotating drum and sequentially controls each process such as washing, rinsing, and spin-drying and performs washing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of drum type washing machine has been configured as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 (for example, see Patent Document 1). Hereinafter, the configuration will be described.
[0003]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the rotary drum 1 is provided with a large number of water passage holes 2 on the entire outer peripheral portion and is rotatably disposed in a water receiving tank 3. A rotation shaft (rotation center shaft) 4 is provided substantially horizontally at the rotation center of the rotation drum 1, and a motor 5 is connected to the rotation shaft 4 to rotate the rotation drum 1. Several projecting plates 6 are provided on the inner wall surface of the rotating drum 1.
[0004]
The water receiving tub 3 is swingably suspended from the washing machine main body 7 by a spring body 8. One end of a drain hose 9 is connected to a lower portion of the water receiving tub 3, and the other end of the hose 9 is connected to a drain pump 10. Then, the washing water in the water receiving tub 3 is drained. The water supply valve 11 supplies water into the water receiving tank 3. The water level detecting means 12 detects the water level in the water receiving tank 3.
[0005]
The control device 13 has a control means 14 constituted by a microcomputer, controls the operation of the motor 5, the drain pump 10, the water supply valve 11 and the like via the power switching means 15, and performs a series of operations such as washing, rinsing, and dehydration. The process is controlled sequentially. The input setting means 16 sets a driving course and the like, and the control means 14 inputs information from the input setting means 16 and displays a display means 17 based on the information to notify the user. The storage unit 18 stores data necessary for control by the control unit 15. Reference numeral 19 denotes a commercial power supply, and reference numeral 20 denotes a power switch.
[0006]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When laundry and detergent are put into the rotating drum 1, a power source and a start button (not shown) are pressed and a washing process is started, the water supply valve 11 is operated to supply water, and the water level is increased. When the predetermined water level N1 is detected by the detection means 12, the motor 5 is driven. Further, when a predetermined water level N2 (equal to or greater than N1) is detected, the water supply is stopped.
[0007]
In the washing process, the rotating drum 1 is driven forward, stop, reverse, and stop by the motor 5 at a predetermined rotation speed and a predetermined time while supplying replenishing water because the laundry contains water. The laundry is caught on the protruding plate 6, lifted and falls on the water surface. By this operation, the detergent is gradually dissolved to form washing water, which acts on the soil of the laundry. When the washing process is completed, the drainage pump 10 is operated to drain the washing water in the water receiving tub 3.
[0008]
In the rinsing process, first, the motor 5 is continuously rotated at a predetermined rotation speed and a predetermined time, and the rotation speed is increased while the laundry in the rotating drum 1 is stuck on the inner wall of the rotating drum 1. The water in the laundry is removed by centrifugal force to perform dehydration.
[0009]
Then, in the same manner as in the washing process, the rotating drum 1 is driven forward, stop, reverse, and stop by the motor 5 at a predetermined number of rotations and a predetermined time while replenishing water. It is caught on the plate 6, lifted and falls on the water surface. By this operation, rinsing water is included in the laundry, and the detergent liquid in the laundry is diluted. When the rinsing process is completed, the drainage pump 10 is operated to drain the rinse water in the water receiving tank 3.
[0010]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-10-216390
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional configuration, in the rinsing step, the rotating drum 1 is rotated forward, stopped, reversed, and stopped to apply mechanical power while allowing the laundry in the rotating drum 1 to contain rinsing water, thereby improving rinsing performance. Have secured.
[0012]
For this reason, in a drum type washing machine with a small amount of water supply, it takes time to uniformly apply the rinsing water to the laundry, so that uneven rinsing occurs, the rinsing power is reduced, and the rinsing time is long. Had become one. In addition, it was necessary to increase the amount of water used in order to improve the rinsing power.
[0013]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and in the rinsing process, circulates rinsing water in a rotating drum and allows rinsing water to pass through the laundry, thereby reducing rinsing unevenness without increasing the amount of water used. The purpose is to improve the rinsing power and shorten the rinsing time.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a rotating drum having a rotation center axis in a substantially horizontal direction is rotatably disposed in a water receiving tank, and the rotating drum is driven by a motor to supply water into the water receiving tank. And the control means controls the operation of the motor to control the respective steps of washing, rinsing, and dehydrating, and the control means rotates the rinsing stroke to such an extent that the laundry sticks to the inner wall of the rotary drum. The number of rotations of the rotating drum is such that rinsing water circulated in the rotating drum by the centrifugal force is applied to the laundry in the rotating drum.
[0015]
As a result, the rinse water can be applied to the laundry in the rotating drum so that the rinse water can easily penetrate into the laundry in the rotating drum, and the detergent component can be removed from the laundry. Since it can be easily removed and the detergent component in the laundry can be easily diluted, the unevenness of rinsing can be reduced, the rinsing power can be improved, and the rinsing time can be reduced without increasing the amount of water used.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention provides a rotating drum having a rotation center axis in a substantially horizontal direction and rotatably disposed in a water receiving tank, a motor for driving the rotating drum, and the water receiving tank. Water supply means for supplying water into the inside, and control means for controlling the operation of the motor to control each step of washing, rinsing, and spin-drying. The rotating drum is rotated at such a speed as to stick to the washing drum, and the rinsing water circulated in the rotating drum is applied to the laundry in the rotating drum by the centrifugal force of the rotating drum. It can be applied so that it passes through the laundry inside, even with a small amount of rinsing water, it can easily soak the rinsing water into the laundry in the rotating drum, and detergent components can be easily removed from the laundry. Detergent Since it easily diluted minute, it is possible to improve the rinsing force can be reduced and at the same rinsing unevenness, it is possible to reduce the rinsing time.
[0017]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rotary drum having a rotation center axis in a substantially oblique direction and rotatably disposed in a water receiving tank, a motor for driving the rotary drum, and supplying water to the water receiving tank. And a control means for controlling the operation of the motor to control each step of washing, rinsing, and dehydration. The control means controls the degree to which the laundry adheres to the inner wall of the rotating drum during the rinsing step. The rotating drum is rotated at the rotation speed of, and the rinsing water circulated in the rotating drum by the centrifugal force is applied to the laundry in the rotating drum from a high position side of the rotation center axis of the rotating drum. By rinsing the laundry in the rotating drum with the washing water circulated in the rotating drum from the opposite high position side to the laundry that is biased to the lower position with the rotation center axis inclined, Rotation center axis is horizontal Rinse than countercurrent water predisposes a wide range in an oblique direction. As a result, the rinsing water can be more easily soaked into the laundry in the rotating drum, and the detergent component can be easily removed from the laundry, and the detergent component in the laundry can be easily removed. Can be easily diluted, so that rinsing unevenness can be reduced, the rinsing force can be improved, and the rinsing time can be shortened.
[0018]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the control means controls the number of revolutions of the rotary drum while supplying rinsing water into the rotary drum. The rotating speed of the rotating drum is such that the laundry sticks to the inner wall of the rotating drum, and the rinsing water circulated in the rotating drum by the centrifugal force is applied to the laundry in the rotating drum. By controlling the rotation speed, if the rotation speed is lowered, there is room between the laundry stuck in the rotating drum and it is easy to soak the rinsing water. It can easily act on the detergent components inside, and when the rotation speed is increased, the laundry sticks in the rotating drum, rinsing water can pass through the laundry and the detergent components can be easily removed from the laundry, and further, Since it easily diluted detergent components in 濯物, it can improve the rinsing force can be reduced and at the same rinsing unevenness, it is possible to reduce the rinsing time.
[0019]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first to third aspects of the present invention, the control means includes a step of rinsing the laundry in the rotating drum, and then rotating and rotating the rotating drum forward and reverse. It is designed to be performed at least once, and the laundry in the rotating drum contains the rinse water, and by applying mechanical force to the laundry, it is easy to evenly contact the rinse water with the detergent components in the laundry. As a result, more detergent components can be diluted, rinsing unevenness can be reduced, and rinsing power can be improved.
[0020]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the control means is configured to supply water in a rinsing stroke from the middle of the inertial rotation after the end of dehydration. Water can be supplied in a state where laundry is stuck in the rotating drum, and rinsing water is continuously circulated, so that the drum can be rotated in a well-balanced manner. Further, after the spin-drying is completed, it is possible to omit the time for attaching the loosened clothing to the rotating drum again in a well-balanced manner, and to shorten the rinsing time.
[0021]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Components having the same configuration as the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
[0022]
(Example 1)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the control device 21 has a control means 22 constituted by a microcomputer, and controls a motor 5, a drain pump 10, a water supply valve (water supply means) 11 via a power switching means 15. The operation is controlled, and a series of steps such as washing, rinsing, and dehydrating are sequentially controlled.
[0023]
Here, the control means 22 rotates the rotating drum 1 at a rotation speed such that the laundry sticks to the inner wall of the rotating drum 1 during the rinsing stroke, and removes the rinsing water circulated in the rotating drum 1 by the centrifugal force. The laundry is put on the laundry in the rotating drum 1.
[0024]
The operation of the rinsing step in the above configuration will be described. When the rinsing process starts, first, the motor 5 is continuously rotated at a predetermined rotation speed and a predetermined time, and the rotation speed is increased at a high speed in a state where the laundry in the rotary drum 1 is stuck to the inner wall of the rotary drum 1 ( For example, at 900 r / min), the centrifugal force is used to blow off the water in the laundry to perform dehydration.
[0025]
Next, the water supply valve 11 operates to supply water, and enters the water receiving tank 3. When the predetermined water level N1 is detected by the water level detection means 12, the motor 5 is driven. Further, when a predetermined water level N2 (equal to or greater than N1) is detected, the water supply is stopped.
[0026]
At this time, when the rotating drum 1 is continuously rotated at a rotation speed S1 (for example, 200 r / min) at which the laundry sticks to the inner wall of the rotating drum 1, the rinsing water in the rotating drum 1 sticks due to the action of centrifugal force. After passing through the laundry, passing through the water holes 2 in the outer peripheral portion of the rotating drum 1 and moving toward the water receiving tub 3, it rises between the rotating drum 1 and the water receiving tub 3 and overflows from the upper front part. It comes out and hangs on the laundry in the rotating drum 1. In this way, the rinsing water passing through the laundry dilutes the detergent components contained in the laundry and performs rinsing.
[0027]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, rinsing water is passed through the laundry in the rotating drum 1 so that even with a small amount of rinsing water, the rinsing water can easily permeate the laundry in the rotating drum 1, In addition, since the detergent component can be easily removed from the laundry and the detergent component in the laundry can be easily diluted, the unevenness in rinsing can be reduced, the rinsing power can be improved, and the rinsing time can be shortened.
[0028]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 3, the rotating drum 1 is rotatably disposed in a water receiving tank 3. The tub 3 is swingably suspended from the washing machine main body 23 by a spring body 24.
[0029]
The control means 22 constituting the control device 21 rotates the rotating drum 1 at a rotation speed such that the laundry adheres to the inner wall of the rotating drum 1 during the rinsing stroke, and rinses the circulating water in the rotating drum 1 with the washing water. The laundry in the rotating drum 1 is applied from the high position side of the rotation center axis of the rotating drum 1. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0030]
The operation in the rinsing step in the above configuration will be described. After detecting a predetermined water level N2 (equal to or more than N1) and stopping water supply, if the laundry is continuously rotated at a rotation speed S1 (for example, 200 r / min) at which the laundry sticks to the inner wall of the rotating drum 1, centrifugal force As a result, the rinsing water in the rotating drum 1 passes through the attached laundry, passes through the water holes 2 in the outer peripheral portion of the rotating drum 1, moves toward the water receiving tank 3, and moves to the rotating drum 1. , And overflows from the upper portion of the front surface on the high position side of the rotary drum 1, falls diagonally, and hits the laundry leaning toward a lower position. At this time, the rinse water passing through the laundry dilutes the detergent components contained in the laundry.
[0031]
As described above, according to this embodiment, the rotation center axis of the rotating drum 1 is inclined, so that the washing water which is biased toward the lower position is rinsed with the rinsing water obliquely from the opposite higher position side. Rinsing water can be applied over a wider area in a diagonal direction than when the rotation center axis is horizontal.
[0032]
This makes it easier for the rinsing water to permeate the entire laundry in the rotating drum 1 than in the case where the rotation center axis is horizontal, and also makes it easier for detergent components to escape from the laundry. Since the components can be easily diluted, uneven rinsing can be reduced, the rinsing power can be improved, and the rinsing time can be shortened.
[0033]
(Example 3)
As shown in FIG. 4, the rotation number detecting means 25 detects the rotation number of the rotating drum 1, and outputs its output to a control means 27 constituting a control device 26. The control unit 27 is configured to control the rotation speed of the rotary drum 1 based on the output of the rotation speed detection unit 25 while supplying the rinsing water into the rotation drum 1. The other configuration is the same as that of the first or second embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0034]
The operation in the rinsing step in the above configuration will be described. By circulating the rinsing water in the rotating drum 1 while rotating the rotating drum 1 and controlling the rotating speed when supplying from the front upper portion, if the rotating speed is lowered, the washing water stuck in the rotating drum 1 is reduced. The washing water can be easily absorbed and the washing water can be easily rubbed, and the washing water can easily rotate and the washing water can easily act on the detergent component in the washing. The laundry can be stuck to the laundry and rinse water can pass through the laundry so that detergent components can be easily removed from the laundry.
[0035]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, by controlling the number of rotations of the rotating drum 1 while supplying the rinsing water into the rotating drum 1, the laundry can be washed more than rotating the rotating drum 1 at a constant number of rotations. Since the detergent component inside can be easily diluted, rinsing unevenness can be reduced, the rinsing power can be improved, and the rinsing time can be shortened.
[0036]
(Example 4)
The control means 22 shown in FIG. 1 applies a rinsing water to the laundry in the rotary drum 1 and then rotates and reverses the rotary drum 1 in a state where the laundry in the rotary drum 1 contains the rinsing water. Is performed at least once. Other configurations are the same as those of the first to third embodiments.
[0037]
The operation in the rinsing step in the above configuration will be described. After rinsing the laundry in the rotating drum 1 with rinsing water, the control means 22 rotates the rotating drum 1 forward and reverse to apply mechanical force to the laundry.
[0038]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the laundry in the rotating drum 1 applies mechanical force to the laundry in a state where the laundry contains the rinsing water, so that the rinsing water is evenly distributed to the detergent components in the laundry. The contact can be easily made, more detergent components can be diluted, the rinsing unevenness can be reduced, and the rinsing power can be improved.
[0039]
(Example 5)
The control means 22 shown in FIG. 1 supplies water during the rinsing stroke from the middle of the inertial rotation after the end of spin-drying. Other configurations are the same as those in the first to fourth embodiments.
[0040]
The operation in the rinsing process in the above configuration will be described. When the control unit 22 detects the predetermined rotation speed S2 (for example, 300 r / min) during the inertia rotation in which the rotation speed is reduced after the drive of the spinning motor 5 is stopped, the laundry sticks in the rotating drum 1. By supplying water in the state as it is and continuously rotating the rinse water at the rotation speed S1 (for example, 200 r / min) to circulate the rinse water, the water can be rotated in a well-balanced manner.
[0041]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, by supplying water in the rinsing process from the middle of the inertial rotation after the end of spin-drying, after spin-drying, water is supplied while the laundry is stuck in the rotating drum 1, By circulating the rinse water continuously, it can be rotated in a well-balanced manner. Further, after the spin-drying is completed, it is possible to omit the time for attaching the loosened clothing to the rotating drum 1 again in a well-balanced manner, and to shorten the rinsing time.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the rinsing process, the rotating drum is rotated at such a speed that the laundry sticks to the inner wall of the rotating drum, and the rotating drum is rotated by the centrifugal force. The rinsing water circulated in the inside of the rotating drum is applied to the laundry in the rotating drum. The washing water can be easily soaked into the laundry, and the detergent component can be easily removed from the laundry, and the detergent component in the laundry can be easily diluted, so that the uneven rinsing can be reduced and the rinsing power can be improved. And the rinsing time can be reduced.
