However, in the cart with the collar, as a drive system, a so-called direct connection system in which the drive shaft is directly connected to the end of the winding shaft to wind the belt-shaped member can be applied. A so-called surface contact in which the surface of the drive shaft is pressed against the surface of the winding shaft or the surface of the strip-shaped member wound around the winding shaft to transmit the rotational driving force by frictional force and to keep the winding of the strip-shaped member. The drive system is such that the two flanges described above interfere with each other when the surface of the drive shaft is pressed against the surface of the winding shaft or the surface of the belt-shaped member wound around the winding shaft, which interferes with the winding shaft. It was difficult to apply.

[Function] Generally, the flange attached to the winding shaft has a radius of the maximum winding amount of the winding target in order to regulate the winding target to a constant position in the axial direction of the winding shaft up to the maximum winding amount. Requires a correspondingly large radius. Therefore, in the conventional state, the peripheral edge portion of the collar becomes an obstacle, and the surface of the rotary drive shaft is pressed against the surface of the winding shaft or the surface of the belt-shaped member wound around the winding shaft, so that Rotational driving force cannot be transmitted.
