し、その両先端部10,11を外方に折曲形成し、上記
ガイド部9の両側に形成した断面コ字状のガイド溝1
2,13にガイドせしめている。したがって、ステッキ
8はステッキ両先端部10,11を左右ガイド溝12,
13にてガイドされるから、カバ−4の開放にしたがっ
て起立しうるよう構成されている。またステッキ8は、
弾性素材にて形成されており、ステッキ両先端部10,
11を弾性力に抗して相互に近接した状態で左右ガイド
溝12,13の上部内側縁14,15に圧接せしめてい
る。またガイド溝12,13の上部内側縁14,15に
は後部に凹状のステッキ先端係合部(イ),(ロ)を形
成しており、ステッキ8が起立して両先端部10,11
がステッキ先端係合部(イ),(ロ)に相対した際に、
ステッキ8の弾性もどり力によって両先端部10,11
が広がってステッキ先端係合部(イ),(ロ)に係合し
うるように構成している。

り上記枢着部を中心とする下向きの回転力を発生し、上
記凹状係合部に到達した時点で、ステ−の係合部は凹状
係合部に落下し、U字状保持部で確実に保持されること
になる。またカバ−の開放保持状態で強風に煽られ、カ
バ−を開く力が作用しても、ステ−の係合部が凹状係合
部上部のR状ストッパ部に当接してそれ以上の浮上を阻
止し、カバ−が不慮に開いたり、閉じたりすることはな
