と共に挿入孔の操作孔への開口縁にワッシャーを係止さ
せるようにしたので、一方の部材の端面から突出させた
ボルトを他方の部材の挿入孔に挿通させ、操作孔にワッ
シャーを差し入れてワッシャーの被挿凹部をボルトの側
方より被挿し、そして頭部を操作してボルトを回すとい
