できるようにさせ、該回転板(図1の3)と固定板(図
1の1)それぞれに束ね線の外径以上の幅寸法をもつ切
り欠きを設け、特に該回転板(図1の3)には回転中心
まで切り欠きを設け、さらに本体にモーター(図2の
8)を設け該モーター(図2の8)の軸とローラー軸
(図2の13)に直結又はカップリング(図2の9)を
介して連結させ、ローラー軸(図2の13)の先端に設
けたゴムローラー(図2の4)で接触摩擦により上記回
転板(図1の3)を回転させ、さらに接触摩擦を増やす
ことを目的とした補助ローラー(図2の12)とを設け
