(57)【要約】 【構成】 適切な化粧品ベースにおける、皮膚軟化特性
およびリパーゼ抑制特定の両方を有する１種の物質の有
効量を、または、リパーゼの作用に対して活性を有しな
い皮膚軟化物質とリパーゼ抑制活性を示す非皮膚軟化物
質との有効量を組み合わせた、混成皮膚の手入れのため
の化粧品組成物。 【効果】 顔の乾性部分の皮脂を増加させるとともに、
油性部分の皮脂を減少させることが可能となる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、混成皮膚を美観的に手
入れするための、有効量の活性物質を含有する化粧品組
成物に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】化粧品学において、「混成皮膚」とは、
顔の二つの部分の間で二つの特性を示す、すなわち油性
部分と乾性部分とを有する人の皮膚をいう。
【０００３】この二つの特性は本質的には脂腺の分布に
よる。例えば、額、鼻および下あごによって代表される
油性部分は、１cm2 あたり９００本の脂腺を含む。頬に
よって代表される乾性部分は、１cm2 あたり４００本の
脂腺しか含まない。
【０００４】化粧品学者にとっての課題は、この皮膚の
乾性部分と油性部分との組み合わせに適し、同時にその
外観全体を改善する製品の開発にある。
【０００５】混成皮膚の手入れ用として知られる最新の
製品は、Biotherm社の製品であるBIOPUR（登録商標）お
よびJeanne Gatineau 社の製品であるMODERACTIVE （登
録商標）である。これらの製品の主な働きは、余分な皮
脂を吸収することであり、したがって、より詳細には油
性部分を手入れすることである。したがって、混成皮膚
に関連する問題は、上述した製品によっては解決されて
いない。
【０００６】皮膚の表面の皮膚脂質は、二つの源、すな
わち脂腺と表皮によって合成された脂質の混合物である
ことが知られている。
【０００７】これらの脂質の役割は、単純な可塑剤の役
割から、保水・受水特性、局所的に塗布された薬剤の透
過性における差ならびに角質層への密着性および剥離性
を支配する表皮障壁の役割にまで至る。
【０００８】表面脂質の３％は表皮の分泌から得られ、
９７％は脂腺による***によるものである。
【０００９】そのうえ、人の１日のリズム、年齢および
性別が、脂腺による脂質の***の濃度に影響を及ぼす。
【００１０】例えば、１３〜２０歳の間に、脂腺による
脂質の***濃度は３倍に増し、その後は徐々に減少す
る。
【００１１】正常な皮膚を有する女性の脂腺は、１cm2
あたり毎分０．７５〜１μg の皮脂を分泌するが、混成
皮膚をもつ人の脂腺は、油性部分においては正常濃度を
５０％上回る皮脂を分泌し、乾性部分においては分泌量
が大幅に減少する。
【００１２】同様に、男性の場合、正常な皮膚の分泌の
濃度は、１cm2 あたり毎分１〜１．５μg であり、混成
皮膚の場合の分泌の濃度は、油性部分においては６５％
増加し、乾性部分においては大幅に減少する。
【００１３】脂腺によって***される分泌液である皮脂
が、皮膚表面の脂質の主な源であることは事実である。
【００１４】皮脂は、トリグリセリド３１％、ジグリセ
リド５％、遊離脂肪酸２４％、スクアレン１５％および
ロウ２５％からなる。
【００１５】このように、二つの事実が「混成皮膚」に
特徴的であることがわかる。
【００１６】乾性部分については、トリグリセリドは大
幅に減少し、もっとも重度の乾燥症の場合にはなくなる
おそれもある。
【００１７】油性部分の場合、トリグリセリドの量的重
要さがある。これらは残念ながら「自然」の状態にはと
どまらず、酵素の作用のもと、徐々に分解されてジグリ
セリドおよびモノグリセリドになり、最終的には、混成
皮膚の疾患および欠損（照りのある油性の外観を呈し、
多くの場合には皮膚面が刺激され、それに対して皮膚が
炎症性の反応を被る）の大部分の原因である遊離脂肪酸
になる。
【００１８】リパーゼと呼ばれる酵素は、皮膚のフロー
ラ、すなわち、座瘡プロピオンバクテリウム、表皮ブド
ウ球菌、顆粒層プロピオンバクテリウムから主に由来す
る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の発明者らは、
皮脂の生産を制限してホルモンの機構に作用する能力の
欠損症において、油性部分と乾性部分の両方に作用を加
えることによって、上記「混成皮膚」の問題を解決しよ
うとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、皮膚軟化特性
およびリパーゼ抑制特性の両方を有する有効量の１種の
物質を、または、リパーゼの作用に対して活性を有しな
い皮膚軟化物質と、リパーゼ抑制活性を示す非皮膚軟化
物質との有効量を組み合わせたものを、混成皮膚の美観
的手入れのために使用する化粧品組成物に関する。
【００２１】「皮膚軟化性」とは、物質が、表面の脂質
膜を回復し、表皮がその完全な柔軟さおよび弾性を保持
することを可能にし、さらに、水性脂質膜の回復に寄与
するための有益な活性を有することをいう。
【００２２】皮膚軟化物質は一般に、脂肪酸トリグリセ
リドのような脂肪酸エステル、脂肪族アルコール、ある
いは脂肪酸と脂肪族アルコールのエステルである。
【００２３】リパーゼ抑制活性を有する皮膚軟化物質と
しては、Limnanthes alba （もしくはShambrila ）油、
Jessenia bataua （もしくはHunguraghua ）油、大豆油
の不鹸化画分およびシャー脂を挙げることができる。挙
げていない他の物質が、同じ活性を明らかに有している
こともある。
【００２４】リパーゼの作用に対して活性を有しない皮
膚軟化物質としては、オリーブ油、ミリスチン酸イソプ
ロピル、スイートアーモンド油およびヤシ油脂肪酸エチ
ルヘキシルを挙げることができる。一般に、植物起源の
油を使用することができる。
【００２５】抗リパーゼ活性を示す非皮膚軟化物質とし
ては、大豆タンパク加水分解物、小麦タンパク加水分解
物、酢酸銅または酢酸亜鉛を挙げることができる。同様
に、挙げていない他の物質を使用することもできる。こ
れらの物質はすべて当業者には周知であり、精製した形
態で市販品として容易に入手することができる。
【００２６】前述したような、二つの活性をもつ物質、
ならびに一つの活性をもつ物質どうしを同一組成中に配
合したものを試験した。Shambrila 油は、「混成皮膚」
の手入れに特に有効であることがわかった。化粧品にお
いては、精製したShambrila油が、その滑らかな触感、
その皮膚軟化効果および肌への潤い効果のために特に求
められる。これは、Limnathes albaの種子から抽出され
るものであり、Limnathes albaの独特な特徴は、それ
が、成熟時に、非常に長鎖の脂肪酸（Ｃ20〜Ｃ22）によ
って構成される非常に高濃度のトリグリセリドからなる
という事実である。この油は、２０個を越える炭素原子
を有する長鎖脂肪酸を９６％含有し、そのうち１８％が
ポリ不飽和脂肪酸である。
【００２７】化粧品組成物に使用されるリパーゼ抑制物
質の必要量を評価するには、簡素な装置が使用される。
オリーブ油−水の混合物のpHおよび温度を一定に維持
し、皮膚のフローラのリパーゼに匹敵しうる特性を有す
る酵素をこれに加え、水浴に入れる。
【００２８】オリーブ油１２ml、アジ化ナトリウム
（０．１％水溶液）１５ml、蒸留水７．５ml、試験物質
３mlおよびトリス緩衝液３mlを混合してpHを８にするこ
とにより、基質を構成する混合物を調製する。次に、リ
ゾプス・アリズスリパーゼの５％水溶液３mlを加える。
【００２９】そして、抗リパーゼ物質どうしを互いに比
較し、それらの活性を反応媒体中の濃度の関数として評
価することを可能にする曲線を描く。

【実施例】以下に本発明を実施例に基づいてさらに詳細
に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではな
い。
【００３４】実施例１ （１）試験用組成物の調製 試験用組成物として、クレンジング乳化液、ローション
およびクリームを、それぞれ表２〜４に示す組成で調製
した。

【００３８】（２）混成皮膚の手入れ試験 次に、リパーゼ抑制および皮膚軟化剤として活性である
と確認された製品を塗布する前および２週間にわたり塗
布した後の皮膚上の皮脂濃度を測定することにより、試
験を実施した。クレンジング乳化液およびローションな
らびにクリームを、活性物質の重量％の関数として試験
した。
【００３９】（３）試験結果 試験結果を図１〜３に示す。図１、図２および図３は、
顔の異なる部分における皮脂濃度の変化を示す（皮脂
は、皮脂計を用いて測定した。単位は任意である）。具
体的には、図１は、混成皮膚を有する人の頬における皮
脂濃度の変化を表す。図２は、混成皮膚を有する人の鼻
における皮脂濃度の変化を表す。図３は、混成皮膚を有
する人の下あごにおける皮脂濃度の変化を表す。
【００４０】各図において、曲線１は、本発明の活性物
質を含有しない対照組成物を塗布した場合に相当する。
同様に、曲線２は、クレンジング乳化液、ローションお
よびクリームを２週間にわたり（測定を実施した日を含
む）毎日続けて塗布した場合に相当する。
【００４１】図１は、本発明の組成物を頬に塗布した場
合、皮脂濃度は最初は高めであり、その後さらに増加
し、皮膚軟化活性が皮膚の乾性部分に作用するのに適当
である濃度で安定化することを示す。対照的に、もう一
方の試験は、皮脂濃度が初めは非常に低く、６時間後に
は非常に高いことを示す。
【００４２】図２は、本発明の組成物を鼻に塗布した場
合、皮脂濃度は低い範囲内で安定化することを示す。も
う一方の対照試験は、皮脂濃度が非常に大幅に増加する
ことを示す。

た場合、４時間を超えたのちに皮脂濃度が大幅に低下す

する皮膚軟化活性をも有している。
【００４６】実施例２ クリームを調製する場合の一実施態様を以下に示す。油
相を撹拌しながら８０〜８５℃に加熱し、別に、水相を
撹拌しながら８０〜８５℃に加熱した。次に、激しく撹
拌しながら油相を水相に加えた。そして、この混合物を
ゆっくりと撹拌しながら冷却した。混合物の温度が３０
℃近くに達したとき、香料を加えた。
【００４７】実施例３ さらに以下には、他の配合物調製の実施態様として、保
護クリーム、溶液、ローション、手入れクリームの例を
表５〜８にそれぞれ示す。なお、本発明に用いる組成物
はこれらの例に限定されるものではない。

れば、活性物質の有効量は、配合物のタイプおよび選択
した種々の成分に依存し、組成物があまりにも油性の外
観を示さないように決定された有効量は、刺激性でな
く、当然、混成皮膚の手入れに有効なものである。

【発明の効果】本発明において用いる化粧品組成物は、
油性部分に対する抗リパーぜ活性を有するとともに、乾
性部分に対しては皮膚軟化活性を有することから、顔の
乾性部分の皮脂を増加させるとともに、油性部分の皮脂
を減少させることが可能となった。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 リパーゼ抑制活性を示す有効量の皮膚軟
    化物質を含むか、あるいはリパーゼの作用に対して活性
    を有しない皮膚軟化物質と、リパーゼ抑制活性を示す非
    皮膚軟化物質との有効量を組み合わせたものを含む、混
    成皮膚を美観的に手入れするための化粧品組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 皮膚軟化特性およびリパーゼ抑制特性の
    両方を有する物質が、Limnanthes alba 油、Jessenia b
    ataua 油、大豆油の不鹸化画分およびシャー脂から選択
    されるものである請求項１記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 皮膚軟化特性およびリパーゼ抑制特性の
    両方を有する物質が、Limnanthes alba 油である請求項
    １記載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】 リパーゼの作用に対して活性を有しない
    皮膚軟化物質が脂肪酸トリグリセリドである請求項１記
    載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】 リパーゼの作用に対して活性を有しない
    皮膚軟化物質が、オリーブ油、スイートアーモンド油、
    ミリスチン酸イソプロピルおよびヤシ油脂肪酸エチルヘ
    キシルから選択されるものである請求項１記載の組成
    物。
  6. 【請求項６】 リパーゼ抑制活性を有する非皮膚軟化物
    質が、大豆タンパク加水分解物、小麦タンパク加水分解
    物、酢酸銅および酢酸亜鉛から選択されるものである請
    求項１記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】 組成物が、クレンジング乳化液、クリー
    ム、溶液またはローションの形態である請求項１記載の
    組成物。
