CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 is so put in a casing 1 whose upper face is opened as to project a rotary shaft 2a out of the upper face and at the same time a fixing plate 5 in which a plurality of slits are formed is put and fixed on the casing while the rotary shaft 2a is inserted through the plate 5 and a rotary blade 4 is attached to a rotary shaft 29 of the motor 2 in the lower side of the fixing plate 5 and a pulverizing plate 6 provided with a hammer 6a is installed in the rotary shaft 2a of a motor 7 projected out of the fixing plate 5 in the way the pulverizing plate 6 is closely attached to the upper face of the fixing plate 5 or kept from the upper face at a prescribed gap.

を、前記固定板上面と密着させて若しくは所定間隔を隔
てて取付けたことにある。

される円形の固定板である。固定板(5) にはその中心付
近から放射方向に複数のスリット(5a)が形成され、上部
で粉砕された生ゴミを回転刃の方へ通過させるようにな
っている。固定板(5) は軸挿通孔(5c)にモーターの回転
軸(2a)を挿通し、ネジ(5b)をケーシングのネジ孔(1a)へ
螺合することによりケーシングに固定される。(6) は上
面が球状で裏面が平板状の粉砕板で、モーターの回転軸
(2a)を軸挿通孔(6c)へ挿通固定し、回転するようになっ
ており、上面周縁には生ゴミを粉砕する複数のハンマー
(6a)が突設され、また粉砕した生ゴミを下方へ落下させ
る複数のスリット(6b)が穿設されている。前記回転刃

も特殊超硬質のステンレス鋼で形成されている。

の上面に複数の突起物を形成して、すり潰す能力を高め
ることもできる。
