Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an effective cleaning and rinsing at an early stage and to shorten cleaning and rinsing time by performing cleaning and rinsing after heating the prescribed amount of cleaning water to the temperature by which the required cleaning capability is obtained at first. CONSTITUTION:When the power source is turned on in dish cleaning, washing water supply is started. Whether or not the washing water is supplied till the amount required to be circulated by a pump 8, that is, two-thirds of the full water is judged, and if two-thirds of the full water is supplied the water supply is stopped. Then, a heater 5, pump 8, and a motor are electrified to rise the temperature of the washing water. A nozzle 4 is rotated and the washing water is jetted upwards from the nozzle, judging whether or not it reaches 60 deg.C. The amount of the washing water is small as compared with the conventional type by heating with the heater 5. The washing water can be heated up till 60 deg.C in short time and the required cleaning capability can be displayed at an early stage. Then the remaining washing water is supplied when the temperature reaches 60 deg.C and the water supply is stopped when the water is judged to be filled. If the water is filled, the water supply is stopped and judges whether the temperature reaches 60 deg.C.

However, as described above, since the cleaning water is heated up to the optimum amount at a stretch, the temperature is raised to a temperature (about 40 ° C.) at which the desired cleaning ability can be exerted. It takes time to heat the wash water. Therefore, the cleaning or rinsing cannot be performed efficiently, and the cleaning time or the rinsing time becomes long. In particular, when rinsing is performed a plurality of times (usually a plurality of times), the problem becomes remarkable. In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a washing water heating control method for a dishwasher, which can shorten the washing and rinsing time.

Here, heating control of the washing water by the dishwasher will be described with reference to the graphs of FIGS. 2 and 3 and the flowchart of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, in dishwashing, when the power is turned on in step S1, water supply is started in step S2. Then, in step S3,
It is determined whether or not the minimum amount of wash water that can be circulated by the pump 8, that is, 2/3 of full water has been supplied. However, this value of 2/3 is different depending on the capacity and shape of the cleaning tank, the driving capacity of the pump 8, and the like. When the water is supplied to 2/3 in this way, the water supply is once stopped in step S4.

Next, in step S5, the heater 5 and the pump 8
Also, the washing water is heated by energizing the motor, and the nozzle 4 is rotated to blow the washing water upward from the nozzle. Then, in step S6, it is determined whether or not the temperature has reached 60 ° C. Since the amount of cleaning water used in the heating by the heater 5 is smaller than that in the conventional case, it takes 6 seconds in a short time.
The temperature can be raised to 0 ° C., and the desired cleaning ability can be exhibited early.

Then, if the temperature reaches 60 ° C., step S7
In step S8, it is determined whether or not the water is full, and in step S8, the water supply is stopped in step S9. Then, in step S10, it is judged again whether or not the temperature reaches 60 ° C., and if it reaches 60 ° C. in step S11.
The washing is continued under the full water condition while controlling the temperature to 0 ° C.

Thereafter, in step S12, it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed from the start of cleaning, and when the time has elapsed, the heater 6, the pump 8 and the motor are deenergized to complete the process. As described above, in the dishwashing, the effective washing is performed in the state of supplying 2/3 of the water, and therefore the conventional change (shown by a dotted line) and the change of the present application (shown by a solid line) in the graph of FIG. As is clear from the comparison with the above, it became possible to shorten the cleaning time in a full water state by about 5 minutes.
