2. Description of the Related Art A conventional dishwasher is shown in FIG. (For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-168428) In FIG. 3, hot water is supplied from a water supply solenoid valve 2 provided above the cleaning tank 1, and when a fixed amount of water is supplied, the water level is detected by the pressure sensitive switch 3. Then, the water supply is stopped and the washing pump 4 is activated to pressurize and circulate the washing water to spray the washing water from the nozzle 5 to prewash the dishes 7 set in the dish basket 6. After the pre-washing is completed, the washing pump 4 is stopped and the drainage pump 8 is started to drain the washing water out of the machine. After draining water, supply water again and perform main washing by the same operation as in the pre-washing process. In the main washing process, general detergent is automatically added. After the main washing step is completed, rinsing is performed by the same operation as the pre-washing and the main washing, and the series of steps is finished. The water supply solenoid valve 2 and the water heater are connected by a water supply pipe 9.

Next, the operation of the configuration of the present invention will be described. Usually, at the beginning of washing, preliminary washing with water or lukewarm water is performed. At this time, the control means 29 outputs a signal to the mixing valve driving means 23 so that the mixing valve 22 will be in a position where water is almost fully opened. The mixed hot water temperature is detected by the hot water temperature detecting means 27, and the control means 29 controls the mixing valve 22 by this signal so that the hot water temperature does not rise. During the cleaning, the detection means 13 provided in the cleaning means 14 detects the physical quantity of the mixed hot water. Here, an example of checking the turbidity of the mixed hot water as a physical quantity will be described. (For example, a combination of a light emitting means and a light receiving means for detecting turbidity based on the transmittance of light.) The control means monitors changes in the signal of the detecting means 13 after starting the preliminary washing. If the turbidity immediately rises, the stain is severe and the time or number of prewashes is increased. If the turbidity slowly increases during cleaning, it is assumed that there is oil stain, and during the main cleaning, the control means 29 operates the mixing valve 22 to raise the temperature of the mixed hot water.
The control means 29 adjusts the position of the mixing valve 22 so that the temperature becomes suitable for cleaning oil stains by the signal of the mixed hot water temperature detecting means 27. Further, when the signal of the detecting means 13 is not constant in the preliminary washing, it is assumed that a large amount of solid matter is mixed in the mixed hot water, and there is a high possibility that proteins and the like adhere to the tableware 7. In this case, when hot water similar to the above-mentioned oil stain is supplied to the cleaning means 14 in the main washing, the hot water may cause proteins and the like to adhere to the dishes 7.
Therefore, the control means 29 adjusts the position of the mixing valve 22 by the signal of the mixing hot water temperature detecting means 27 so that the temperature is lower than that in the case of oil stain and the proteins and the like are not solidified. In this way, it is possible to improve the cleaning performance by estimating the type of dirt from the value of the signal of the detection means 13 and its change over time and adjusting the hot water temperature of the main wash. Further, in the rinsing, the tableware 7 can be dried more quickly by raising the temperature of the mixed hot water.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. Tableware used at home, such as pottery and porcelain, is not affected by the washing temperature so much, and recently, those made of synthetic resin or the like that cannot withstand high temperatures have increased. For this reason, when cleaning, it may not be possible to simply determine if high-temperature hot water is used due to oil stains as in the above embodiment. Therefore, the setting means 28 is provided with a function for setting the upper limit of the mixed hot water temperature. As a result, the mixing valve control means 30 controls the temperature of the mixed hot water in consideration of not only the signal of the detection means 13 but also the temperature upper limit of the setting means 28. For example, when washing tableware made of resin having an upper limit of 70 ° C., if the temperature of the mixed hot water is set in advance by the setting means 28 so as not to exceed 70 ° C., the washing can be carried out with peace of mind. In this way, the setting means 28 sets the upper limit temperature of the mixed hot water according to the type of tableware, so that the tableware can be protected.
