2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, artificial marble made of synthetic resins such as unsaturated polyester and methyl methacrylate resin has been used in place of natural stone. These are mainly used for counters, kitchen furniture tops, vanities, bathtubs, etc. as the interior of the building becomes more sophisticated. These artificial marbles are monochromatic and uniform consisting of resin and inorganic powder, or natural crushed stones or colored granular fillers are mixed to give a natural stone-like pattern. There are also those in which a transparent gel coat layer is provided, or inorganic gel particles, resin particle particles or fibers are added to the gel coat layer. Further, there is also one in which a mixture of two or more kinds having different color tones is lightly mixed so as not to be uniformly dispersed and molded, or a mixture having different colors is simultaneously poured at the time of pouring to give a flow pattern.

However, when these artificial marbles are used on the wall surface or the floor surface, it seems that natural stones or marbles are used at first glance, but the surface is too flat and lacks a three-dimensional effect, resulting in poor luxury. Moreover, when these artificial marbles were used on the entire surface of the wall or floor, the wall surface or floor surface became monotonous and the design was inferior. Further, when used on the floor, the surface becomes smooth, and there is a problem that it tends to slip during walking.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention takes the following means, that is, in the concave portion formed on the surface of the marble-tone molded plate, the molded plate and the color tone are adjusted. The curable compositions of different colors are filled and the curable composition is cured. Further, the curable composition to be filled in the concave portion is composed of (meth) acrylic acid ester or unsaturated polyester and a filler. Alternatively, the curable composition filled in the recess is cured by photopolymerization. Alternatively, the curable composition filled in the concave portion is filled so as to protrude from the surface of the marble-like molded plate. Alternatively, the curable composition filled in the concave portion is filled so as to be dented from the surface of the marble-like molded plate.
Alternatively, the granular filler mixed in the curable composition is made to protrude from the surface of the curable composition filled in the recess. Or
The curable composition filled in the recesses is dented from the surface of the marble-like molded plate due to shrinkage during curing. Alternatively, the granular filler mixed in the curable composition is caused to project from the surface of the curable composition filled in the recess due to contraction during curing.

The method of forming the recesses is not particularly limited, but a method of press-molding and simultaneously curing the polymerizable unsaturated mixture of the polymerizable unsaturated compound and the filler, or forming the recesses There is a method of molding by casting or injection using a mold designed as described above.
There is also a method of forming a recess by cutting the surface of a marble-tone molded plate. Further, as another method for forming the concave portion, there is a method in which, when thin plate materials are laminated to form a marble-tone molded plate, a gap is provided between adjacent plate materials in the surface layer portion.

The depth of the recess is 0.2 mm to 5 m.
m, preferably 0.5 mm to 3 mm. When the depth of the recess is less than 0.2 mm, the filling operation becomes difficult when the curable composition is mixed with the granular filler. Further, it is difficult for the surface to have a three-dimensional effect, and it is difficult to improve the slip prevention property during walking. Further, if the depth of the recess exceeds 5 mm, the amount of the curable composition to be filled becomes large and the filling operation becomes difficult, which is not preferable. When the recess has a groove shape, there is no particular problem as long as the width is 1 mm or more, but it is preferably 2 mm to 10 mm. The width of the recess is 1 mm
When it is less than 3, the design is poor, the surface is less likely to have a three-dimensional effect, and the slip resistance during walking is difficult to improve.

Also, if the area defined by the grooves is too small or too large, the surface is less likely to have a three-dimensional effect. Especially when anti-slip properties when walking are required,
A suitable area is 1 cm 2 to 400 cm 2 . Furthermore, in the case of a depression having a concave shape, even if the area is too small or too large, it is difficult for the surface to have a three-dimensional effect.

As the curable composition to be filled in the concave portion, a curable composition prepared to have a color tone different from that of the marble plate is used. The curable compound used in the curable composition is not particularly limited, but a monomer having a polymerizable ethylenic unsaturated bond,
Prepolymers such as methyl (meth) acrylate, ethyl (meth) acrylate, n-propyl (meth) acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth) acrylate,
Hydroxyethyl (meth) acrylate, hydroxypropyl (meth) acrylate, (meth) acrylic acid, ethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, neopentyl glycol di (meth) acrylate, trimethylolpropane tri (meth) ) Acrylate, urethane (meth)
Examples thereof include (meth) acrylic acid esters such as acrylate and epoxy (meth) acrylate, styrene, α-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene, vinyl acetate, diallyl phthalate, unsaturated polyester, and vinyl esters. Moreover, you may use these polymerizable unsaturated compounds 1 type or in mixture of 2 or more types. Furthermore, an epoxy resin can be used as the curable compound. When a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer, a prepolymer, an unsaturated polyester or the like is used among these, not only the production is easy, but also a patterned marble-like molded plate excellent in the three-dimensional appearance of the surface can be obtained.

The filler to be added to the curable composition is not particularly limited, but aluminum hydroxide, aluminum oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium silicate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, magnesium hydroxide, titanium oxide, silica. Inorganic powders such as talc, clay, mica, hydroxyapatite and glass, or curable resins such as (meth) acrylic resins and unsaturated polyester resins were mixed with inorganic fillers and pigments and cured. The powder obtained by crushing things, a granular body, etc. can be mentioned. Further, these may be used alone or in combination of two or more. It is more preferable that the surface of these fillers is subjected to silane coupling treatment. Further, in order to make the color tone different from that of the marble tone molding plate, it is preferable to add a pigment as a coloring material. Further, fibers may be added as a reinforcing material. Examples of the fiber include glass fiber, aramid fiber, vinylon fiber, acrylic fiber and the like.

The purpose of adding a filler to the curable composition is to adjust the hue, texture, etc. of the curable composition filled in the recesses to improve the design and three-dimensional appearance of the surface of the resulting marble-tone molded plate. To improve. It is also intended to improve the durability and the like of the curable composition filled in the recesses, and to impart the effect of suppressing shrinkage and distortion when the curable composition is polymerized. The addition amount of the filler is preferably 400 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the curable compound. If the amount added exceeds 400 parts by weight, the viscosity of the mixed solution becomes too high and filling becomes difficult. Further, the strength after curing is deteriorated, and the color and texture are deteriorated, resulting in poor design and three-dimensional appearance.

As a method for filling the concave portion formed on the surface of the marble-tone molded plate with the curable composition, a method of injecting from a nozzle is generally used. Also, after coating the surface of the marble-like molded plate with a roll coater, curtain coater, etc., the curable composition applied on the surface with a spatula, roll, or squeegee, etc. is filled in the recesses, and then the extra curability is applied. A method of scraping off the composition is also suitably performed. The curable composition may be filled in the recesses by raising from the surface of the marble-like molded plate or may be dented from the surface of the marble-like molded plate. As a method of denting from the surface of the marble-like molded plate, it can be dented by shrinkage when the curable composition filled in the recess is cured.

According to the method of the present invention, a concave portion such as a groove or a dent is formed on the surface of a marble-tone molded plate, and the concave portion is filled with a curable composition having a color tone different from that of the marble-tone molded plate and cured. The surface of the obtained marble-tone molded plate is provided with a pattern such as a lattice pattern or a mosaic pattern by the concave portions and the curable composition filled therein. Therefore, the surface of the flat marble-like molded plate is changed, and the design is excellent. In particular, due to the synergistic effect with the deep color tone of the marble-tone molded plate, a three-dimensional effect is produced on the surface.

Further, if the curable composition filled in the concave portion is raised from the surface of the marble-like molded plate and filled, or if it is dented from the surface of the marble-like molded plate and filled, Since unevenness is formed on the surface of the tone forming plate, it is possible to prevent slippage during walking when the marble forming plate is used as a floor material. Furthermore, when the granular filler mixed in the curable composition to be filled in the concave portion is projected from the surface of the curable composition, fine convex portions are formed on the surface, and slippage during walking can be further prevented.

The obtained patterned marble tone molded plate is prepared by using a curable composition having a color tone different from that of the marble tone molded plate.
A pattern was provided on the surface, which was excellent in design and had a three-dimensional effect on the surface. In addition, this molded plate has an excellent anti-slip effect during walking when it is used as a flooring material because cold water stone, which is a granular filler in the curable composition, projects from its surface due to shrinkage during curing. Was there.

[Embodiment 2] A pale gray material composed of methyl methacrylate, aluminum hydroxide, and a colored granular filler in which groove-shaped recesses having a width of 3 mm and a depth of 3 mm which form a square lattice having a side of 30 mm are formed. Semi-transparent pale cream color obtained by adding 50 parts by weight of urethane acrylate, 50 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and 3 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator (IRGACURE 651, manufactured by Ciba-Geigy Co., Ltd.) to the concave portion of the marble-like molded plate. The curable composition of 1. was added and injected using a polyethylene drip bottle. Then, the curable compound protruding from the concave portion is scraped off with a rubber spatula to form a uniform surface with the surface of the molded plate, and then the curable composition is irradiated with an ultraviolet irradiation device (manufactured by Eyegraphic Co., Ltd.) for 30 seconds. It was cured to obtain a patterned marble-like molded plate.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The method of the present invention is a simple method in which a concave portion such as a groove or a depression is formed on the surface of a marble-like molded plate, and the concave portion is filled with a curable composition to be cured. It is possible to improve the design of the toning plate and to give the surface a three-dimensional effect. Therefore, the patterned marble-tone molded plate obtained by the method of the present invention can impart a high-class feeling when used as a building interior material. In particular, even if it is used on a large area such as a wall or floor, it does not become monotonous, and an excellent design can be obtained. In addition, the marble-tone molded plate obtained by the method of the present invention is such that the curable composition is raised in the recesses, dented, or a granular filler is applied from the surface of the curable composition filled in the recesses. When it is used as a flooring material, the effect of preventing slippage during walking can be obtained by making it protrude.

Also, if the area defined by the grooves is too small or too large, the surface is less likely to have a three-dimensional effect. Especially when anti-slip properties when walking are required,
A suitable area is 1 cm 2 to 400 cm 2 . Further, in the case of a depression having a concave shape, even if the area is too small or too large, a three-dimensional effect hardly occurs on the surface.
