可動部のチルト、スイベル動作を制御するキャップにお
いて、キャップの円周部に１部設けた突部と可動部のリ
ブにより可動部のスイベル制御をおこない、中軸部の外
周に配置した溝とキャップの内側の突起が嵌合すること
により回転方向の固定を、キャップに複数個配置した嵌
合爪により軸方向の固定を行い、その嵌合爪の外れ防止
用として爪の嵌合している穴の余裕部分に挿入する突起
をもった別のキャップを嵌合爪によりキャップに嵌合固
