Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a building work and to enhance the efficiency thereof by withdrawing a temporary column before and after the attachment of a stretching member in a rear of a temporary column located in a part which is deformed under the action of a segment load, so that the column is replaced with the stretching member for a body structure. CONSTITUTION:After, the ground is excavated by a shield excavator 1, a segments 4 are built in by a tail part 2 while temporary columns 5 are planted in a part which is inwardly deformed under the action of the load of the segments 4, and accordingly, a ring is formed. With the repetitions of the above- mentioned work, stretching members 6 are attached in rear of the temporary columns 5 in the segments 4 after the facility in rear of the shield excavator 1 passes therethrough so as to reduce the bending moment acting upon the segments 4 in order to remove the temporary columns before and after the attachment of the stretching members 6. Thereafter, the temporary columns 5 are successively replaced with the stretching members as body structure members.
