る。(Problems to be Solved by Prior Art and Invention) Chlorine dioxide is widely used for the purpose of bleaching, sterilization, disinfection, deodorization and the like. Recently, it has been considered to use it as a cleaning agent for houses such as a bleaching agent for clothes, a fungicide and an antifungal agent by adding a surfactant to impart penetrating power. However, since chlorine dioxide is generally a strong oxidant, when a general surfactant typified by soap is added, all the surfactants are salted out or decomposed, and the stability of chlorine dioxide is high. Is also significantly hindered. This tendency is remarkable when a fragrance is added to the chlorine dioxide-surfactant system, especially for the purpose of masking chlorine odor. Therefore, hitherto, no detergent containing chlorine dioxide mixed with a surfactant and a fragrance has been commercially available. For this reason, there is a demand for a detergent that is less likely to decompose chlorine dioxide by a surfactant and is stable over a long period of time.

At this time, in addition to the above components, it is possible to use water, perfume, and other known surfactants within a range that does not adversely affect. Particularly, in the present invention, one of the great features is that the decomposition of chlorine dioxide is suppressed even in a system containing a fragrance.
