Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 複数のワークを溶接して半製品を組立て
る第1溶接工程と、半製品に別のワークを溶接して製品
を組立てる第2溶接工程とを実行する溶接装置に適用さ
れる回転式溶接治具装置であって、半製品を構成する複
数のワークをセット自在な第1溶接治具と、半製品と前
記別のワークをセット自在な第2溶接治具とを備え、該
両溶接治具をターンテーブルに搭載して、第1溶接治具
と第2溶接治具とが前記両溶接工程を実行する溶接位置
とワークのセット作業を行うセット位置とに交互に反転
されるようにしたものにおいて、前記ターンテーブル
に、前記両溶接治具の中間部分に位置させて半製品の仮
置部材を設けると共に、第1溶接治具側に位置させて該
第1溶接治具上の半製品を仮置部材に移載する移載手段
を設けたことを特徴とする回転式溶接治具装置。
