【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 対向配置され成形部外周寸法の異なる小
径押圧工具と大径押圧工具とを使用して、前記小径押圧
工具より大径の板状素材を、板状素材の外周部を残して
底部となる部分を据え込み成形し、外周部の肉厚を底部
の肉厚より大とするとともに、前記小径押圧工具と大径
押圧工具の成形部の面積の違いにより板状素材の外周部
を小径押圧工具側に立ち上げる予備絞りを行う据え込み
工程と、この据え込み工程により得られた中間素材を絞
り成形し、板状素材の外周部により形成される縦壁部の
肉厚が、底部の肉厚よりも大きいカップ状部材を得る絞
り工程とを有することを特徴とするカップ状部材の塑性
加工方法。
1.
