[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such a conventional banknote take-out mechanism, as shown in FIG. 9, the banknote guide surface (banknote mounting surface) of the mounting plate 11 is flush (one plane). ), The bill P
When the banknotes P that are bent and are bent are supplied to the banknote supply unit 1 in a stacked state, the bending protrusions Pa of the banknotes P that are pressed by the pressing plate 13 have two kicking rollers 2
It hits the upper surface of the mounting plate 11 located between a and 2a, and both ends of the banknote P in the direction orthogonal to the banknote take-out direction float up from the upper surface of the mounting plate 11 and the outer periphery of the kick rollers 2a, 2a. There is a case where the bill P cannot be kicked out without coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the 2a, or only one kicking roller 2a kicks out the bill P in an oblique state. In such a case, the pressing force of the pressing plate 13 was further increased, but if the pressing force of the pressing plate 13 is increased too much,
There are problems that the kick-out rollers 2a, 2a have insufficient kick-out force to make it difficult to take in the bills P, and that the phenomenon of taking in the banknotes in an oblique state may be further deteriorated.

"Means for Solving the Problem" The present invention has the following configuration in order to achieve the above object. That is, the banknotes supplied in a stacked state to the banknote supply unit between the mounting plate on which the banknotes are mounted and the standing plate-shaped guide plate provided on the banknote take-out side of the mounting plate are placed above the banknotes. The pressing plate is operated toward the mounting plate side and pressed by this pressing plate, and the lower-layer banknotes in the banknotes are taken out from the banknotes by a plurality of kicking rollers provided separately in the direction orthogonal to the banknote takeout direction. In the bill take-out mechanism for kicking out, the bill guide surface portion of the placing plate positioned between the plurality of kicking rollers is disposed between the plurality of kicking rollers and the other of the placing plates positioned on both outer sides thereof. While being formed lower than the bill guide surface portion, the height positional relationship between the other bill guide surface portion and the kicking roller is such that the other bill guide surface portion is in contact with the outer circumference of the kicking roller when the bill is taken out. To get Lower than the uppermost position of the outer peripheral upper surface in the rotating state of the kicking roller, and of the outer peripheral upper surface in the rotating state of the kicking roller so that the outer peripheral surface of the kicking roller is not in contact with the bill when the bill is not taken out. It is arranged to be higher than the lowest position.

[Operation] According to the above configuration, even when the bill P has a crease, the outer peripheral upper surface of the kicking roller is pressed against the bill P at the maximum rise of the outer peripheral upper surface of the kicking roller, so that the bill P is securely held. At the time of taking-in, and when the outer peripheral upper surface of the kicking roller is at the lowest position, the outer peripheral upper surface of the kicking roller does not come into contact with the banknote P, the banknote P is retained in the banknote supply unit, and as a result, the banknote P is normally taken.

Then, in this state, the feeding roller 56 and the kicking roller 5
When 5 is rotationally driven in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 1, the kicking roller 55 inserts the bill P on the placing plate 51 into the opening 61 from the lowermost layer to the opening 61 side. In this case, as described above, the bill guide surface 5 of the placing plate 51 between the kicking rollers 55, 55.
Since 9a is formed lower than the other bill guide surfaces 51a of the placing plate 51, even if the bill P has a bending tendency, when the bill P is taken out, as shown in FIG. The upper surface of the outer periphery (high friction member 55a) rises and comes into pressure contact with the banknote P, and when the banknote P is not taken out, the upper surface of the outer periphery of the kicking roller descends and becomes non-contact with the banknote P as shown in FIG. Are stored in the bill supply unit 31 and the bill P is normally and reliably taken in. Then, the feeding roller 56 and the separating roller 57 are provided to the lowermost layer of the kicked banknote P.
Contact each other and take out the banknotes P one by one to the discrimination section 33 side with a frictional force larger than the frictional force between the banknotes.

Bill remaining amount detection plate when the bill remaining amount of the bill feeding unit 31 becomes low
A bill remaining amount detector connected thereto via 69 detects this and issues a signal. In this case, the remaining amount of the banknotes P on the mounting plate 51 decreases, and naturally, the weight of the mounted banknotes P also decreases, and the frictional force between the lowermost banknote P and the kick roller 55 decreases. Therefore, the pressing operation on the banknote P by the pressing plate 54 is started.

That is, by rotating the rotating shaft 64 in the clockwise direction in FIG. 1, the pressing plate 54 rotates in the same direction as the rotating shaft 64 to form the recess 62 of the guide plate 52, and the side wall of the recess 62 and the pressing plate. It is fitted so that there is almost no gap between it and 54, and at this time the surface of the pressing plate 54 on the banknote supply section 31 side is flush with the banknote supply section 31 side surface (banknote guide surface) 52a of the guide plate 52, It becomes a part of the guide surface and acts as a bill guide.

[Effect of the Invention] According to the present invention, the banknotes are supplied in a stacked state to the banknote supply section between the mounting plate on which the banknotes are mounted and the standing plate-shaped guide plate provided on the banknote takeout side of the mounting plate. The banknotes thus formed are pressed by the pressing plate by operating the pressing plate from above the banknote to the placing plate side, and by the plurality of kicking rollers provided separately in the direction orthogonal to the takeout direction of the banknotes. In the banknote take-out mechanism for kicking the lower-layer banknotes out of the banknotes to the banknote take-out side, the banknote guide surface portion of the placing plate located between the plurality of take-out rollers is provided on both outsides of the plurality of take-out rollers. While being formed lower than the other bill guide surface portion of the placing plate located at, the height positional relationship between the other bill guide surface portion and the kicking roller, the other bill guide surface portion, when taking out the bills. Kicking out on a banknote So that the outer circumference of the kicking roller can come into contact with the outer circumference of the kick roller, the lower position than the uppermost position of the outer circumference of the kick roller,
Since the outer circumference of the bill ejecting roller is not in contact when the bill is not taken out, the bill is arranged so as to be higher than the lowest position of the outer peripheral upper surface in the rotating state of the bill ejecting roller. , When the banknote is taken out, the outer peripheral upper surface of the kicking roller is pressed against the banknote to kick out the banknote, and when the banknote is not taken out, the outer peripheral upper surface of the kickout roller is not in contact with the banknote, and the banknote stays in the banknote supply unit. Therefore, the banknotes can be taken in normally and surely, the pressing of the banknotes by the pressing plate of the banknote supply unit to the mounting plate side is not necessary, and the banknotes can be taken in smoothly at all times.
