Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically detect defective bonding of packing of a flap part which can not be differentiated from good one by visual inspection by providing a delivery device for delivering a defective produce from a conveyor based on a defect detection signal of a photoelectric sensor. CONSTITUTION:A product 5 sent from a packing machine is transferred onto a conveyor 1, while it is allowed to run under the control of a guide 4 and sent onto a delivery board 20 of an inspection unit A, where the product 5 is detected by a photoelectric sensor, and a stopper 9 is lowered based on a signal that there is a product to stop the product 5 and at the same time air nozzles 7, 8 are actuated to blow compressed air against a flap of the product, thereby opening a flap part of defective bonding. And if it is an open flap part of a product of defective bonding, passages of light of photoelectric sensors 61, 62 are interrupted to detect defective bonding of the flap of the product. Detection signals 65, 66 of this detection are inputted into a computer 6 through amplifiers 63, 64 of the sensors 61, 62, whereby the output is sent to a solenoid valve 67 to actuate a delivery lever 10.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, stick products such as gum and candy are individually packaged with individually molded paper products such as gum and candy, and then a plurality of these products are stacked and packaged with an exterior paper. Then, this package is sealed by heat sealing or gluing. As these packaging machines, there are a stick pack packaging machine, a cut-and-wrap packaging machine, and the like, all of which are high-speed operation packaging. Therefore, some setting conditions, such as wrapping paper feed amount, left and right deviation,
If there are fluctuations in the seal temperature, cooling temperature, etc., the influence thereof causes a large amount of defective packaging products. or,
Since the packaging machine is designed in advance to individually wrap a molded product of a certain size at a high speed and further to perform integrated packaging, the shape and thickness of the molded product must be within a certain standard. The tolerance is within ± 0.1 m / m with respect to the standard, and if multiple thin candy comes out with a thickness other than the standard, the width of the product as a product will be narrower and it will be packaged. At the time, the heater did not hit the portion where the selvage was to be sealed, resulting in poor adhesion at the selvage. By the way, in particular, when molding into a product after molding it into a rope shape with an extruder or the like like gum and candy, the physical properties change depending on the conditions of the extruder. The thickness was uneven.

However, although it is possible to automate the inspection by the image processing device for the pattern deviation and the deviation of the outer paper, as for the adhesion failure of the ear folds, the folds are simply attached. It is not possible to distinguish it from a good product only by looking at the appearance because it is not done, and it is possible to judge that the ear fold part has poor adhesion only by touching it with the hand. Therefore, there is no effective inspection method using image processing, a photoelectric tube, or the like.
Similarly, even a worker could not find such a defective product. When such adhesion failure occurs,
In the distribution process, the fragrance of the product is released and the product absorbs moisture, which causes a problem of quality deterioration. Therefore, in order to save labor and maintain quality, it is an urgent issue to automate the inspection of this packaging defect. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and can automatically detect a defective adhesive packaging of an edge-folded portion that cannot be distinguished from a good product only by appearance, and can discharge the adhesive. An object of the present invention is to provide a device for detecting defective packaging.

According to the present invention, there is provided a device for detecting a defective adhesive packaging, in which stick packaging products are continuously conveyed from a packaging machine in an aligned state by a guide on a conveyor and temporarily stopped at a predetermined position. Air is blown in the direction in which the folds of the product open. If the left and right ear folds are simply bent and not bonded, the air will be blown open. Then, the sensor detects the open edge portion and inputs a signal indicating that the product is defective in adhesive packaging to the computer through the amplifier, whereby the output is sent from the computer to the solenoid valve that operates the ejection lever. Then, when the product is sent to the front of the discharge lever, the discharge lever operates and the discharge operation is performed.

Therefore, in the process in which the product is continuously sent from the packaging machine, even if the defective adhesion at the edge of the product occurs for some reason, the product can be smoothly conveyed without stopping the carrying process. Products with defective adhesive packaging can be detected and discharged. Therefore, in the packaging process, even if there is a mistake in the adhesive packaging defect at the edge folding part, there is no chance that it will be overlooked and thrown as a product, and only the product with no adhesive packaging defect will go to the next process. Will be sent.

Next, the operation will be described. The product 5 sent from the wrapping machine is conveyed in a well aligned manner on the conveyor while being guided by the guide and sent to the inspection unit A, that is, the transfer board 20. The product 5 arriving at the inspection unit A is detected by a photoelectric sensor (not shown), and based on the signal that the product exists, the stopper 9 is lowered to fix the product 5 once, and the air nozzles 7 and 8 are operated to operate the product ear. Blow compressed air to the part to open the ear folds with poor adhesion. Then, in the case of the open fold portion of the defective adhesion product, the light projecting and receiving paths of the photoelectric sensors 61 and 62 are blocked, and it is detected that the fold portion of the product product is defective in adhesion. These detection signals 65 and 66 are photoelectric sensors 61 and 62.
Is input to the computer 6 by the amplifiers 63 and 64, and the output is sent from the computer 6 to the solenoid valve 67 to operate the discharge lever 10. That is, by driving the discharge lever 10, the products determined to be defective in adhesion by the detection unit are reasonably discharged from the continuously flowing product group.

In this embodiment, the stick products such as candy and gum have been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any kind of stick product such as an ear-folding method may be used. This detection method can be applied to any type. As for the discharging device, it is possible to discharge the discharging device not only by the lever system but also by dropping it by the pusher system or the shutter system. Further, in this embodiment,
The configuration using the two conveyors 1 and 3 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and if the conveyor is a conveyor in which several belts are arranged in the width direction, a light emitting / receiving path for a photoelectric sensor can be provided between the belts. Therefore, it can be configured with one conveyor.
