Abstract

PURPOSE:To solve the problem that a liquid agent is consumed vainly or pipeline choking occurs by automatically stopping the supply of the liquid agent from a liquid agent pipeline when a valve at hand is closed during the spraying of liquid agent mixed water, regarding a spray cleaning apparatus to be used for cleaning by press-sending cleaning water or liquid agent mixed water by a pump and spraying it through a spray gun which is provided with a valve at hand. CONSTITUTION:A spray cleaning apparatus is provided with an unloader valve 18 which is opened corresponding to the water pressure of a spraying side pipeline 12 of a pump 9 to return the cleaning water to the suction side of the pump 9 and it is made possible to detect the open or close of a valve 4 at hand corresponding to the opened or closed condition of the unloader valve 18. When the valve 4 at hand is detected it is closed during the spraying of the liquid agent mixed water, the valve means 16 of the liquid agent pipeline is controlled to be closed.

Therefore, an apparatus having both the function of injecting the liquid agent mixed water and the function of arbitrarily stopping the injection at hand can be considered. However, if the hand valve is closed during injection of the liquid agent mixed water, the liquid agent is supplied from the liquid agent line to the wash water line, while the wash water in the wash water line is returned to the pump suction side via the unloader valve. Since it is not discharged outside the device, the detergent is consumed unnecessarily, which is not only wasteful but also causes a high concentration of the liquid agent to stay in the cleaning water pipeline, which may cause clogging of the pipeline. There was a problem.

In the cleaning apparatus having the above construction, when the pump 9 is driven and the hand valve 4 of the spray nozzle 3 is opened, spray cleaning is started, and the sprayed cleaning water is burner 8 in the hot water apparatus 6. If it is not operated, it becomes cold water, if it is operated, it becomes hot water, and when the solenoid valve 16 is opened, it becomes detergent water. When the hand valve 4 is closed while the pump 9 is being driven, the wash water pressure in the discharge side conduit 12 rises and the unloader valve 1
8 is pushed open, and the wash water is returned to the inside of the hot water device 6 by the return line 19. Further, when the hand valve 4 is opened again in this state, the cleaning water is released to the spray gun 3 side, the water pressure that has opened the unloader valve 18 is suddenly lost, the unloader valve 18 is closed, and the spray cleaning is performed. It will be restarted.

In the pressure switch 25, the hand valve 4 is closed and the unloader valve 18 is opened while the pump 9 is driven,
When all the washing water from the pump 9 flows into the return conduit 19 to be turned on, and when the hand valve 4 is restarted and the unloader valve 18 is closed, it is turned off accordingly. Therefore, the pressure switch 25 is turned ON / OFF according to the opening / closing of the hand valve 4 while the pump 9 is being driven.

On the other hand, the pressure switch 24 detects the discharge pressure of the wash water accompanying the drive of the pump 9 and is turned on, and the check valve 23 is opened even after the hand valve 4 is closed and the unloader valve 18 is opened midway. As a result, the inside of the pipeline downstream of the valve 23 is in a pressure-accumulated state and the ON state is maintained. Therefore, the pressure switch 24 is not turned off until the hand valve 4 is opened after the driving of the pump 9 is stopped and the pipeline downstream of the check valve 23 is opened in the spray gun 3.

After the pump is stopped in step (14), the pump is left without any change for a certain time T 3 (3 minutes in this example) (17), or the operation key 32 is pressed on the operation panel 30. (18) When it is judged that the cleaning work is completed, the LED 33 of the display unit 34 is turned off, the burner 8 is stopped, and the solenoid valve 16 is opened.

In step (20), the pressure switch 25 is turned off by stopping the pump 9, while the pressure switch 24 is operated by the check valve 23 so that the washing water pressure is applied to the pipe line downstream of the check valve 23. It is detected that the pressure is accumulated and kept in the ON state, the hand valve 4 is opened, the accumulated water pressure is released from the spray gun 3, and the pressure switch 24 is turned off.

As described above, in this embodiment, by monitoring the two pressure switches 24 and 25, the opening / closing operation of the hand valve 4 in each state is detected, and the user's command is judged by this. The washing water is switched including turning ON / OFF the pump 9. That is, the hand valve 4 during cleaning
Is closed and the hand valve 4 is opened again within a certain time T 1, it is judged that it is a cleaning water switching command and the cleaning water is switched. If it is not opened within the above T 1 , it is judged to be in standby. ,
It waits for T 2 + T 3 in a state in which it can be restarted without switching the mode of the wash water until then. During the standby time, the pump 9 is stopped when T 2 has elapsed, and the power is saved.

In the above embodiment, the unloader valve 18 and the check valve 23 are provided separately, but if a known unloader valve with a pressure regulating function having a check valve structure is used, it will be re-established. It is not necessary to provide the check valve 23. Further, in the embodiment, the pressure switch 25 for detecting the open / close state of the unloader valve by the increase in the water pressure of the return flow path 19 is used as the means for detecting the open / close state of the hand valve 4. It is possible to use a micro switch or the like for detecting the mechanical operation of the.

As described above, according to the present invention, the opening / closing of the hand valve is detected by the opening / closing state of the unloader valve, and if the hand valve is closed during the injection of the liquid mixture water, the valve means is closed to remove the liquid from the liquid conduit. Since the flow of the liquid agent is stopped, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience of wasting the liquid agent and clogging the conduit.
