By the way, the commonly used spray cleaning device is
In addition to simply spraying water, most of them are equipped with a water heater to switch between hot water and cold water for spraying, and also to have washing water sprayed as needed. As is said to remove oil stains that are difficult to remove with cold water with warm water or detergent water, they are often used by switching during cleaning work. However, in the conventional device as described above, the drive of the pump is only remotely controlled, and such switching of the wash water has to be performed by switching to the main body device, which is inconvenient.

[Means for Solving Problems] This invention is different from cold water, hot water, wash water, etc. 2
In a spray cleaning device of a type in which more than one type of cleaning water is switched and pressure-fed by a pump and sprayed from a spray gun equipped with a hand valve, the cleaning water is opened according to the water pressure of the discharge side pipe line of the pump. An unloader valve for returning to the suction side, a means for detecting the opening / closing of the hand valve according to the open / closed state of the unloader valve when the pump is driven, and a position in the discharge side pipeline of the pump downstream of the unloader valve A check valve, and a pressure switch that is located between the check valve and the spray gun and detects that the water pressure in the discharge side pipe line has become lower than or equal to a preset pressure lower than during normal cleaning work, The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a control means for providing the following controls a to c according to the signals from the detection means and the pressure switch.

[Operation] When the hand valve is closed in the spray gun during cleaning work, the interrupted cleaning water pushes the unloader valve open and returns to the pump suction side, which is detected by the detection means. At this time, the check valve stops the reverse flow downstream of the branch point of the return line in the discharge side line of the pump, so the water pressure when the hand valve is closed is maintained, and the pressure switch keeps the water pressure below the set pressure. Will never be detected. Then, if this state continues for a predetermined time or more, the pump is automatically stopped, and if this state is opened and released within the predetermined time, the wash water is switched, for example, "water → detergent". When the hand valve is opened while the pump is automatically stopped as described above, the water pressure accumulated in the check valve is released, and the water pressure in the discharge side pipeline is reduced. Detect and restart pump.

In the cleaning device having the above configuration, when the pump 9 is driven and the hand valve 4 of the spray nozzle 3 is opened, spray cleaning is started and the sprayed cleaning water is supplied from the warm water device 6
When the burner 8 is not operated, it becomes cold water, when it is operated, it becomes warm water, and when the solenoid valve 16 is opened, it becomes detergent water. When the hand valve 4 is closed while the pump 9 is being driven, the cleaning water pressure in the discharge side conduit 12 rises, the unloader valve 18 is pushed open, and the cleaning water is returned to the warm water device 6 by the return conduit 19. When the hand valve 4 is opened again in this state, the cleaning water is released to the spray gun 3 side, the water pressure that had opened the unloader valve 18 is suddenly lost, the unloader valve 18 is closed, and the spray cleaning is performed. It will be restarted.

The pressure switch 25 is turned on when the hand valve 4 is closed and the unloader valve 18 is opened while the pump 9 is being driven, and all the washing water from the pump 9 flows into the return conduit 19 to turn the hand valve 4 on. When it is restarted and the unloader valve 18 is closed, the OFF state is correspondingly generated. Therefore, the pressure switch 25 is turned ON / O according to the opening / closing of the hand valve 4 while the pump 9 is being driven.
It will be FF.

On the other hand, the pressure switch 24 is turned on by detecting the discharge pressure of the wash water accompanying the driving of the pump 9, and even after the hand valve 4 is closed and the unloader valve 18 is opened on the way, the check valve 23 causes the valve to turn off. The pressure in the downstream pipeline of 23 is accumulated and the ON state is maintained. Therefore, the pressure switch 24 is not turned off until the hand valve 4 is opened after the driving of the pump 9 is stopped and the pipeline downstream of the check valve 23 is opened in the spray gun 3.
