(Prior Art) Recently, in order to improve habitability in the interior of a vehicle such as an automobile,
As a part of the air conditioning equipment, a deodorizing device is installed to remove material odors such as sheets and linings that tend to stay in the room, various paint odors, smoking odors and body odors. As shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-141535 as a deodorizing filter used in a deodorizing device, thermoplastic non-woven fabric and granular activated carbon are alternately laminated, and these are partially heat-welded and the whole is wrapped with the non-woven fabric. It is known that the periphery is heat-sealed and integrated.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Part of the surface of the granular activated carbon is welded to the non-woven fabric to prevent free movement between the non-woven fabrics, but some of the activated carbon is peeled off due to vibration of the car and moved between non-woven fabrics. As a result, the activated carbons rub against each other and rub against each other, and the abrasion powder is discharged into the vehicle interior to cause secondary pollution, and the amount of the activated carbons is also reduced to lower the adsorption capacity. Further, there is a problem that the outer shape of the non-woven fabric holding the activated carbon collapses and it becomes difficult to remove it from the deodorizing device.

(Function) The dirty air in the room comes into contact with a large number of pores formed in the adsorbent when flowing from one surface of the deodorizing filter to the other surface, and the contaminant particles are adsorbed and cleaned. The tips of the many protrusions provided between the non-woven materials are in contact with other non-woven materials by sandwiching the adsorbent, and the surfaces of the non-woven material and the protrusions are melted by the heat and hold the adsorbent. A large number of walls are formed by the protrusions, and the upper and lower surfaces of the adsorbent are also fixed. A large number of walls of the core fibers of the protrusions after the surface fibers are melted hold the nonwoven materials firmly.

(Embodiment) FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a container 1, a dust removing filter 2 and a square deodorizing filter 3. The container 1 is formed in a rectangular shape with a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or nylon, the side surface 11 and the end surface 12 are closed with the synthetic resin, and a handle 13 is provided on one of the end surfaces 12, and a support formed in a lattice shape on the bottom surface. The member is arranged and the upper surface is open. The deodorizing filter 3 is attached to the grid-like support member.
Is placed, and the dust removal filter 2 is disposed above the deodorization filter 3. The dust removing filter 2 is formed by cutting a material 21 such as fold-folded paper or non-woven fabric into a required length, and fixing both sides and both ends thereof with end plates 22 to form a rectangular parallelepiped shape. As shown in FIG. 2, the deodorization filter 3 twists a composite plastic filament (a filament formed by coating a synthetic resin having a high melting point with a synthetic resin having a low melting point, for example, polypropylene surface fibers). A frustoconical or columnar projection 32 is provided on one surface of the non-woven material 31 formed of the combined yarns, and a bar-like or granular shape is formed between the projections 32 of the non-woven material 31 as shown in FIG. The non-woven material 31 and the adsorbents 33 are alternately laminated by arranging the adsorbents 33, and the whole is wrapped with the non-woven fabric 34, and while applying a weak pressure, a peripheral edge by a heating device such as hot air or a hot plate. It is the one in which 35 is pressed and integrated. Nonwoven material 31
As a method of providing the projection 32 on the upper mold 6, as shown in FIG. 4, an upper mold 6 having a plurality of convex parts 5 having a truncated cone shape or a cylindrical shape, This can be obtained by inserting a non-woven fabric between the lower mold 8 having the concave portions 7 and pressing while applying heat with the heater 9 provided on the convex portions 5. Adsorbent
As 33, activated carbon or a mixture of activated carbon and a deodorizing agent in which granular silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, which are polycrystalline porous substances, are mixed.

The tips of the protrusions 32 provided on one surface of the non-woven material 31 are in contact with the non-woven material 31 disposed in the upper layer, and the surface fibers are melted and firmly bound by being heated while being pressed. . The adsorbent 33 is also fixed by melting the surface fibers of the surrounding non-woven material 31. Then, the core fibers after the surface fibers are melted become the pillars of the non-woven material 31 that sandwiches the adsorbent 33 to strengthen the shape of the deodorizing filter 3 after being molded and to hold the adsorbent 33 in each layer. Form a large number of 36.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a large number of protrusions are formed on one side of a non-woven material, the non-woven material and the adsorbent are alternately laminated, and the whole is wrapped with a non-woven fabric and heated. , Melting the non-woven material and the tips of the protrusions to form a room between the non-woven materials to form a chamber for holding a large number of adsorbents, enclose the adsorbents, and weld a part of the adsorbents. Therefore, even if a part of the adsorbent is separated from the non-woven material due to the vibration of the car, the movement distance is short
There is no rubbing between the adsorbents, no wear, and no risk of causing secondary pollution. Also, the pillars of the protrusions improve the molding strength of the deodorizing filter and maintain the initial shape.
