燃焼・停止させることにより、負荷に追随させるように
した自動台数制御方式を採用している。この方式によれ
ば、負荷量に応じて適切なボイラー台数を燃焼させるこ
とができるので、高効率運転を維持することが可能とな

を供給できるようにしたもので、ボイラー(1)を複数
台設置し、これらのボイラーに共通のスチームヘッダー
(2)に負荷の状態を把握するための圧力検出器(3)
を接続し、この圧力検出器からの信号により、負荷量に
応じて必要台数分のボイラーを燃焼・停止させる台数制
御器(4)を設けた構成において、前記台数制御器から
の新たな指令により停止状態のボイラーを起動させ、燃
焼に移行させるまでの間、低燃焼状態の他のボイラーが
存在する場合、その低燃焼状態の他のボイラーを強制的
に高燃焼状態にするための強制高燃焼信号を発する発信

数制御器(4)により予め設定しておいた起動順序に従
って必要台数のボイラーを燃焼・停止させ、負荷に追随
するように制御する。(5)は前記台数制御器の比較演
算回路であり、前記圧力信号により必要燃焼台数を決定
し、燃焼制御の出力信号を出すように動作する。(6)
は強制高燃焼発信回路で、低燃焼状態にある他のボイラ
ーが存在する場合、そのボイラーを所定の時間、強制的
に高燃焼状態に移行させる強制高燃焼信号を発するため

停止状態、低燃焼状態(L)、高燃焼状態(H)、の三
位置によって燃焼制御を行う三位置制御方式のボイラー
を用いた場合、第2図に示すように、蒸気圧力によって
7種類の稼動状態に設定される。蒸気圧力が一番低い段
階では、3缶とも高燃焼の状態(HHH)にあり、次の圧
力段階になるとNO.3のボイラーがH→LとなってHHLの
状態に移る。さらに圧力が上昇すると、NO.2,NO.1のボ
イラーが順次H→Lになり、LLLの状態になる。そし
て、さらに圧力が上昇すると、NO.3,NO.2,NO.1の順に燃
焼が停止し、上限の圧力段階に達すると全缶停止する。
また、蒸気圧力が降下すれば、上記の順番とは逆の順番

かし、この発明によれば、第3図に示すような燃焼制御
を行うことができるので、前述の問題点を解消すること
ができる。LLの状態からNO.3のボイラーに起動を指示す
る信号が出たときに、強制高燃焼信号を同時に出して既
に低燃焼状態にあるNO.2のボイラーを強制的に高燃焼に
移行させる。そして、NO.3のボイラーがプレパージを終
了して低燃焼を開始したら、NO.2のボイラーを低燃焼の
状態に戻す。そうすることにより、NO.3のボイラーが燃
焼を開始するまでの間の時間遅れによる蒸気量の不足を

により、必要に応じて既に低燃焼状態にある複数台のボ

間、低燃焼状態の他のボイラーが存在する場合、そのボ
イラーを強制的に高燃焼状態にするための強制高燃焼信
号を発する発信回路(6)を設けたことを特徴とするボ
