に関する。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing a laminated packaging material having a gas barrier property, in particular a metal magnesium oxide layer, a silicon oxide layer, an aluminum oxide layer, etc. as a barrier layer for oxygen and water vapor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a laminated packaging material which is excellent in oxygen barrier property and water vapor barrier property without deterioration of gas barrier property even when extrusion coating of a heat-sealing thermoplastic resin is carried out.

Above all, gas barrier properties, especially oxygen barrier properties for preventing oxidative deterioration and drying of the contents. In many cases, a water vapor barrier property is required. It is widely practiced to laminate an aluminum foil with a plastic film having such oxygen barrier property and water vapor barrier property. If the aluminum foil is incinerated after use, it will become a lump and remain as a processed product. For this reason, recently, thin film layers of various metal oxides such as magnesium oxide, which are easy to incinerate and have excellent transparency, are laminated on a plastic film by a vacuum deposition method or the like.

After extrusion, a method of extrusion coating a heat-sealable thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene. Alternatively, there has been a dry laminating method in which a film in which a metal oxide is laminated and a heat-sealable film such as polyethylene or polypropylene are attached with an adhesive.

The extrusion coating has a problem that due to the heat, the metal oxide layer itself expands and the base film shrinks to cause cracks, resulting in deterioration of the oxygen barrier property and the water vapor barrier property. This phenomenon was particularly remarkable in oxide layers of magnesium, silicon, and the like.

The deterioration of the metal oxide layer due to heat can be reduced while maintaining the adhesiveness between the oxide and the resin. Therefore, as a result, it has become possible to produce a practicable laminated packaging material which does not deteriorate the oxygen barrier property and the water vapor barrier property.
