【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はボールペン，マーキングペン等のキャップを有する筆記具に関し、キ ャップ体と本体軸とを一体的に連結してなるキャップ付き筆記具に係わる。

【従来の技術】
従来におけるこの種の筆記具は、キャップ体と本体軸とが別体であり、筆記具 を使用する際は、キャップ体を本体軸の尾端に被挿しておくか、キャップ体を机 上等に放置しておく場合が多い。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、キャップ体を本体軸の尾端に被挿しておくのは、ついつい煩わ しくてキャップ体を放置してしまいがちになり、キャップ体を紛失してしまい、 筆記具によってはインキが蒸発してしまい、筆記する事が出来なくなり、筆記具 を廃棄せざるを得なくなってしまう事が屡あった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案によるキャップ付き筆記具は、前述の問題点を解決したものであり、キ ャップ体と本体軸とを折曲自在の連結帯で一体的に連結したものである。

【実施例】
本考案を図面に示す実施例により更に詳しく説明する。 図１は本考案によるキャップ付き筆記具におけるキャップ体１と本体軸２とを連 結帯３を介して、ポリエチレン，ポリプロピレン等の軟質プラスチックにて一体 的に成形した状態を示すものであり、前記樹脂からなるキャップ体１の外側面に 折曲自在の同材質の連結帯３の一端をを一体的に取り付け、該連結帯３の他端を 同じく同材質からなる本体軸２の外側面の適宜位置に一体的に取り付けてなるも のである。
【０００６】 そして、不使用時は図２のように、キャップ体１を本体軸２の前端に被挿する ことにより、ペン先のドライアップを防止する事が出来、又、筆記具を使用する 際は、図３のように、キャップ体１を本体軸２の尾端に被挿しても良く、筆記を すぐに中止する様な時は、キャップ体１を本体軸２の尾端に被挿せずに揺動自在 にしておいても良く、いずれにしてもキャップ体を紛失してしまう心配がないも のである。 更に、図４のように、連結帯３を弾性を持たせたスプリング状にしておくことに より、筆記具を使用する際に、キャップ体１を本体軸２から外し、キャップ体１ を本体軸２の尾端に被挿せずに筆記しても、キャップ体１がさほどブラブラせず 筆記の邪魔にならない。

【考案の効果】
上述のとおり、本考案によるキャップ付き筆記具は、筆記する際にキャップ体 を本体軸の尾端に被挿しなくても、キャップ体を紛失してしまう心配がないもの である。
