Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily position the bolt at the newly jointing side against the bolt of the existing segment, when segments are fastened to each other by the bolts pierced into the segments. CONSTITUTION:After a coupler 15 as a guide member is attached to the end of the nut 12 of the first bolt 9A piercing into an existing first segment 1A, the second segment 1B is matched with the attaching face 2 of the first segment 1A and a new second bolt 9B is inserted into the second segment 1B from the male screw 10 side. The male screw 10 of the second bolt 9B is guided by the coupler 15 to position coaxially with the first bolt 9A. And hence, the male screw 10 of the second bolt 9B can be easily and smoothly screwed against the nut 12 of the first bolt 9A.

By the way, in recent years, there is an increasing demand for finishing the inner surface of the tunnel to be flat. With the above-described structure, the recess 25 is provided, and therefore the work for filling the recess 25 is required. Becomes Therefore, there is a method in which a joining bolt having male and female threads formed at both ends is passed through the segment and the segments are joined by fastening the bolts together, and no processing is required on the inner surface of the segment. Proposed.
However, since the bolt is long, there is a problem that it is extremely difficult to fasten a bolt for newly joining to the bolt that penetrates the existing segment.

The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, and the plate-shaped segments constituting the wall body of the tunnel are connected to each other with respect to the surface to be joined of one of the first segments. A method of joining the joining surfaces of the second segment to each other and forming the through-hole extending in the joining direction in each segment, and forming a recess around the through-hole in the joined surface. A male threaded portion on one end side, and a female threaded portion which is adapted to the male threaded portion on the other end side and which is larger in diameter than the through hole and is engageable with the bottom portion of the recess,
Each of the first bolts provided from the joined surface side of the first segment is penetrated from the male screw portion to the through hole, the male screw portion is projected from the joining surface, and the female screw portion is housed in the recess. Then, a guide member that opens in a tapered shape toward the surface to be joined is attached to the end of the female thread portion of the first bolt, and then the joining surface of the second segment is moved to the first position. The second bolt, which is the same as the first bolt, is inserted through the through hole of the second segment from the joined surface side of the second segment so as to be substantially coaxial with each other. And threading the male thread portion of the second bolt through the guide member to the female thread portion of the first bolt with the female thread portion of the second bolt engaged with the bottom portion of the recess of the second segment. Is characterized by.

As shown in FIG. 2, a through hole 4 extending in the width direction (joining direction) is formed in the segment 1 by filling a steel pipe 5. In this case, two through holes 4 are formed at equal distances from the upper and lower lines of symmetry of the segment 1 and spaced from each other. And
Around each through hole 4 of the surface 2 to be joined, a circular recess 6 is formed which spreads slightly in a tapered shape toward the surface 2 to be joined. Ring-shaped aligning rubbers 7 are attached to the inner peripheral surface of the steel pipe 5 at appropriate positions. The bottom of the recess 6 is formed by the steel plate 8 embedded in the segment 1. The plate 8 is located around the end of the steel pipe 5 on the joint surface 3 side.

When the bolt main body 11 is passed through the through hole 4 in this manner, the tip of the bolt main body 11 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tapered portion 15b of the coupler 15 mounted on the nut 12 of the first bolt 9A, When the bolt body 11 is further pushed in, the bolt body 11 receives the converging action of the taper portion 15b, and the male screw portion 10 coaxially abuts the screw portion 13 of the nut 12. Then, the bolt body 11 is rotated in the screwing direction to screw the male screw portion 10 into the nut 12. In order to screw in the bolt body 11, it is preferable to previously form a screwing means such as forming a hexagonal hole on the end surface on the screw portion 12 side.

As described above, according to the segment joining method of the present invention, the female thread portion of the first bolt penetrating the first segment is made to penetrate the second segment to the second thread. When the male screw portion of the bolt is screwed to join the two segments, the male screw portion of the second bolt is guided by the guide member mounted on the female screw portion of the first bolt and is coaxial with the first bolt. It enters into the internal thread, and therefore the second thread to the internal thread of the first bolt
The male threads of the bolts can be easily and smoothly screwed, which in turn facilitates the joining of segments.

1. A method for joining plate-shaped segments constituting a tunnel wall or the like to each other by aligning the joining surfaces of one first segment with the joining surfaces of the other second segment. , A through hole extending in the joining direction is formed in each segment, and a recess is formed around the opening of the through hole in the surface to be joined, and the male screw portion is formed on one end side and the male screw portion is formed on the other end side. Conforms to
Further, female threads having a diameter larger than that of the through hole and engageable with the bottom of the recess are inserted through the first bolts, respectively, from the surface to be joined of the first segment, from the male threaded portion. The male screw part is penetrated through the hole, the male screw part is projected from the joint surface, and the female screw part is housed in the recess. Then, the end of the female screw part of the first bolt is tapered toward the joint surface. A guide member that opens in a circular shape is attached, and thereafter, the joint surface of the second segment is aligned with the joint surface of the first segment, and both through holes are made to substantially coaxially coincide with each other. From the surface to be joined of the segment,
A second bolt similar to the first bolt is passed through the through hole, and the male thread portion of the second bolt is engaged with the bottom portion of the recess of the second segment, and the male thread portion thereof is A method for joining segments, comprising screwing the female thread portion of the first bolt through a guide member.
