2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in particular, damage such as the wiring of computer cables arranged under the floor of a high-tech building or the like being caught in a mouse has occurred frequently, and development of a repellent material for a mouse is urgently needed.
Conventionally, there is creosote oil as an anti-mouse repellent used outdoors in forests and the like, and cycloheximide as an indoor repellent. Creosote oil has a strong pungent odor and cannot be used indoors. Cycloheximide is kneaded into a resin and used to coat electric wires, etc., and the rat that bites the wire has the effect of not further biting, but it is due to the taste, and the effect is limited to the rat that grabbed the wire. There is no effect of cleaning the mouse from under the floor. Further, cycloheximide cannot be used under the floor such as high-tech building because it has a high heat resistance and is easily decomposed, is a powerful drug, is difficult to handle due to its toxicity, and is extremely expensive. As described above, no effective repellent material is provided at present.

The object is a repellent containing 50 to 200 parts by weight of asphalt and 10 to 50 parts by weight of naphthalene based on 100 parts by weight of heavy oil or heavy oil of the present invention. And the invention of claim 2 "claim 1"
An organic resin foam containing the repellent described. Will be solved. Each invention will be described below. The repellent of the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that the naphthalene is not felt by humans and the rat diverges for a long period of time to the extent that it is repelled. The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that the odor of the repellent agent of the invention of claim 1 is controlled little by little by riding on the convection of gentle air under the floor by the sublimation area of the surface of the organic resin foam.

The heavy oil or heavy oil of the present invention may be either tar-based or petroleum-based heavy oil, and the heavy oil is obtained by hydrogenating and refining a heavy oil residue obtained by distillation, for example, process oil. Heavy oil or heavy oil has a function of dissolving asphalt and naphthalene and facilitating uniform mixing thereof with a raw material (for example, plasticizer, polyol, etc.) of an organic resin foam.

As the asphalt used in the present invention, either natural asphalt or petroleum asphalt can be used, but straight asphalt of petroleum asphalt is easy to use. Asphalt is used in combination with heavy oil and heavy oil or heavy oil 10
50 to 200 parts by weight of asphalt is used for 0 parts by weight. The reason is that asphalt is easily contained in the organic resin foam, and it is considered that the organic resin foam functions to hold naphthalene compounds.

In the present invention, 50-200 parts by weight of asphalt and 10-50 parts by weight of naphthalene are dispersed and dissolved in 100 parts by weight of heavy oil or heavy oil, but naphthalene gradually evaporates in the air in this composition range. Has no discomfort to humans and has a repellent effect on rats for a long time. Extremely sensitive odor compared to humans (100 in the case of wild mice)
It is said that it has a odor more than twice as long as it is), and the rat has the odor.

The organic resin foam containing the repellent is urethane resin foam, vinyl chloride resin foam or the like. The repellent may be impregnated into the foam later, or the repellent may be mixed with the resin liquid to be foamed and foamed together. It is convenient to handle the organic resin foam containing the repellent by placing a release paper on the surface thereof with an adhesive until it is used. Organic resin foam containing repellent has an appropriate size
Cut it into a shape and attach it under the floor of a building with an adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape. When mass-producing in a factory such as a double floor, it is possible to incorporate a process of continuously sticking an organic resin foam containing a repellent into the mass-production process, which saves the trouble of sticking on site. it can. It is also more effective to attach an air-permeable sheet to the surface of the organic resin foam containing the repellent and control the amount of evaporation into the air. Further, an organic resin foam containing a repellent agent may be cut into a sheet shape, which may be laminated and an air-permeable sheet may be attached therebetween to control the amount of finer repellent agent to be evaporated.

[Function] Naphthalenes that are dispersed and dissolved in heavy oil or heavy oils and asphalt liquid gradually move to the surface by the blooming phenomenon and evaporate into the air. The repellent of the present invention may be used by impregnating a foam, or may be mixed with a resin liquid for foam molding and foamed together. When it is contained in the foam, it can be cut into a desired shape and used, and the transpiration amount of the naphthalene compound can be controlled by cutting the transpiration area or adhering a breathable sheet. When a plasticizer such as a vinyl chloride resin foam is used, the plasticizer functions to promote diffusion and migration of the repellent to the surface.
