Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an automatic doffing method which can flexibly meet a complicated doffing method which corresponds to small-volume and multiple- brand production. CONSTITUTION:A doffing device 26 receives the full piping signal of a winding machine at a transmitting point 25, and its designation is designated according to the order of the signal, so that the doffing device starts. The doffing device travels in parallel on a main line 21 along a machine body ahead of a yarn material handling units row 10, and stops once at the front position of a handling unit where doffing is designated. Then the doffing device moves toward the machine body of the winding machine through a branch line 22, and approaches the handling unit 11 to stop at the prescribed position. Where the doffing device carries out doffing operation and returns to an original main line position, however, it travels toward the machine body ahead of the unit, so it is possible to ensure a space ahead of the unit sufficiently for free yarn guard, equipment replacement and the like.

In the case of automatic doffing, conventionally, the packages formed by the yarn processing unit rows are of the same brand, the winding time is constant, and the operation time interval of the automatic doffing device is regular. Since the winding time is as long as 1 to several hours, if some yarn processing units break the yarn, or if there is equipment trouble, re-threading it within the operating time or replacing the equipment Without stopping the operation of the yarn processing unit,
Also, the automatic doffing device could be operated normally.

However, when a small amount of a large number of brands are produced by the above yarn processing apparatus, especially in the case of thick denier yarn, the system is completely changed. In the production of small lots of many brands, there are brands with different winding times for each yarn processing unit or several yarn processing units, and the doffing time intervals of the automatic doffing device become irregular. The winding time by the machine is short and it becomes irregular in a very short time.

This point will be specifically described with reference to FIG. 4 showing a conventional example. The automatic doffing device 6 advances in parallel with the yarn processing unit row 1 along a traveling guide (or traveling rail) 3 to produce balls. After fried, move backward. The package delivering device 4 and the bobbin loading device 5 arranged at one end of the yarn processing unit row 1 collectively deliver the packages or collectively load the bobbins. Since the brands having the same winding time are produced in the yarn processing unit row 1, the automatic doffing device 6 may perform the doffing operation from the yarn processing unit 2 on one end side to the other end regularly. The target yarn is a fine denier yarn, and the winding time is as long as 1 to several hours, and even one automatic doffing device 6 can process the yarn.

Furthermore, even if some yarn processing units break the yarn or have equipment troubles, the winding time is long and the automatic doffing device is not in operation, or when the yarn processing unit is operated. It was possible to operate the automatic doffing device normally without stopping the operation of other yarn processing units by re-threading the yarn when it does not hinder or replacing the equipment. For this reason, the automatic doffing device moves back and forth along the rails, and a plurality of yarn processing units can be doffed simultaneously or continuously for each yarn processing unit, which is regular.

However, when a large number of brands of thick denier yarn are produced by the yarn processing device, the winding time varies depending on the yarn processing unit or several yarn processing units, and the doffing time interval varies, and the winding time increases. Since it was short in 10 to 30 minutes, it became irregular in a very short time.

As a result, even if there is a re-threading work due to a yarn breakage, a brand change work in some yarn processing units, a replacement work due to equipment trouble, etc., the automatic doffing device will move the front of the yarn processing unit row to the front. Run irregularly along the rails,
There is a problem in that the automatic doffing device occupies a larger space than the yarn processing unit to be doffed and protrudes into the adjacent yarn processing unit, and the work cannot be performed because it intersects with the worker.

Since the width of the doffing device itself is also small corresponding to the processing unit, the space in front of the unit does not pass through the doffing device except when the unit is required for doffing, and the space is sufficient. Even if it is secured and there is thread hooking, brand change work, equipment replacement work, etc., no problems will occur.
In addition, the doffing time interval is short in the production of other brands, and even if the doffing is irregular, the automatic doffing device and the worker can move independently, so there is no crossing.

Since yarn breakage occurs in each yarn processing unit, even if re-threading work is performed, brand change work in some units, equipment replacement work due to equipment trouble, etc.,
There is no problem because a space is secured in front of the unit. In addition, the doffing time interval is short in the production of other brands, and even if the doffing is irregular, the automatic doffing device and the worker can move independently, so there is no crossing. Even when the doffing times are the same or close to each other, the doffing operations are individually performed, so that the doffing can be surely and smoothly performed at almost the same time or at an extremely short time interval.

Furthermore, the doffing time interval is short in the production of other brands, and even if the doffing is irregular, the automatic doffing device and the operator can move independently, so there is no crossing. Further, if necessary, a plurality of doffing devices can travel on the same line and process doffing operations one after another, which enables quick and efficient work.
