2. Description of the Related Art Generally, maintenance work of a railroad track or a railroad track close to a commercial line includes, for example, cleaning track slabs, center sewage, railroad gutters, tunnel inner wall surfaces, water tanks in tunnels, etc. . In this case, an on-rail work method is mainly used by using a normal work vehicle (a special work vehicle such as a vacuum vehicle, a high pressure washing vehicle, and a crane vehicle) that runs on a road. Conventionally, in order to make this work vehicle run on a railroad track, the work vehicle is once placed on an appropriate trolley,
A system was adopted in which a track-only vehicle (a track motor car such as a diesel car) that was separately placed on the track was pulled and moved to a predetermined work location to perform a predetermined work.

However, in order to mount the predetermined work vehicle on the dolly as described above, at least a platform or the like for positioning the work vehicle at a predetermined height is required, and the work vehicle is immediately moved on the track. It is not possible to make a simple switch that enables Of course, these work vehicles are not self-propelled because they are on the track, and it is necessary to pull the track-only vehicle. Therefore, the work setup such as the arrangement of the track-only vehicle becomes more troublesome. This causes problems in mechanization including labor environment improvement and labor saving, especially in recent years when the number of tunnel sections has increased.

After that, when the work vehicle 2 runs on the track 23 when performing maintenance work in or near the track, the work operation of the work vehicle 2 is the same as the running operation up to now and a predetermined gear is selected. However, in the embodiment, the drive wheel may be rotated by inserting the back gear in the forward movement. That is, when the inner wheel portion 3b serving as a drive wheel rotates, the orbit wheels 11, 11 that are in direct contact with the inner wheel portion 3b are frictionally rolled, and the truck-type rear wheel receiving self-propelled carriage 10 is allowed to move by itself. . When the rear wheel receiving self-propelled carriage 10 moves, the front trolley type front wheel traveling bogie 13 that is integrated is also pushed and moves, and is mounted on the front wheel traveling bogie 13 and the rear wheel receiving self-propelled carriage 10. The installed work vehicle 2 substantially travels on a track.

On the other hand, when the predetermined maintenance work is completed and the vehicle is to be run on a normal road, the work vehicle 2 is retracted to the original crossing point and stopped at the predetermined position. Here, if the inclined board 18 is arranged in the rear of the front wheel carriage 13 that receives the front wheels 15 and the work vehicle 2 is moved backward, the front wheels 15 slide down the inclined board 18 and get off the front wheel carriage 13. Further, the lowering operation from the rear wheel receiving self-propelled carriage 10 of the rear wheel 3 is also the reverse of the above, and the outer wheel which is on the outer side from above the track wheels 11, 11 of the rear wheel receiving self-propelled carriage 10 and is in a floating state. The rear wheel temporary receiving body 4 of the carrier-type lifting device 1 carried to the side (horizontal position) faces the lower surface of the portion 3a. Thereafter, if the hydraulic cylinder 8 is operated to raise the rear wheel temporary receiving body 4 a little, the outer ring portion 3a and the inner ring portion 3b integral therewith also rise, so that the inner ring portion 3b becomes the race wheels 11, 11. Since the rear wheel receiving self-propelled carriage 10 is pushed rearward here, the rear wheel temporary receiving body 4 may be lowered.

As described above, the track traveling device for a track maintenance work vehicle of the present invention is a double-tire type rear wheel, in which a carrier type uplifting device for lifting the outer wheel portion and a track wheel for directly contacting the inner wheel portion. By combining a trolley-type rear wheel receiving self-propelled trolley with front and rear wheels and a trolley-type front wheel traveling trolley on which the front wheels ride and a tilted pedestal connected to this, the work vehicle was designed to run on the road. The ordinary work vehicle can be diverted to the track maintenance work vehicle without any additional drive means. Moreover, even when the vehicle is carried into the track, a simple operation such as simply making the work vehicle stand by in parallel with the track at a place where the track surface has a flat surface, such as a railroad crossing, is sufficient. The rear wheel receiving self-propelled trolley and front wheel traveling trolley are configured to be loaded on the machine by hydraulic cylinders and moved forward with the driving of the rear wheels, so that the work can be performed easily even on heavy-duty work vehicles. It will be handled. In addition, a separate drive means must be installed to rotate the truck wheel (orbital wheel) by frictional rolling that directly contacts a part of the drive rear wheel of the work vehicle (inner wheel portion in the double tire) when running on track. Without a special drive device on the vehicle side and truck side, it becomes a simple track running device that does not cause failure or damage, and when the road running is non-track running, the work vehicle itself is equipped with any member Since it does not, there is an effect that it can immediately run as a normal work vehicle.
