2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing each component forming a planar heater on the outer bottom surface of a conventional heating chamber. In FIG.
The sheet heater 13 has a heating element 13a wound around a winding frame 13b made of a heat-resistant insulating material such as a rectangular mica corresponding to the shape of the bread, and insulating plates 13c, 13d such as mica that wrap the upper and lower sides thereof.
It is a structure that sandwiches. The heater mounting bracket 14 is fixed to the planar heater 12 with eyelets or the like (not shown),
The heater mounting bracket 14 is tightened while sandwiching the planar heater 13 on the bottom surface of the heating chamber via a stepped screw 17. Further, 15 is a heat insulating material for not releasing heat to the outside, and 16 is a heat insulating plate for holding and fixing the heat insulating material 15.

However, in the heater mounting bracket 14 for fixing the planar heater 13 to the bottom surface of the heating chamber in this manner, the heat of the heating element 13a does not effectively reach the bottom surface of the heating chamber until the temperature rises sufficiently. Is big. Therefore, the baking time of the loaf bread was long, and when the loaf surface was brown, the heat was sufficiently transferred to the inside, resulting in a dry loaf with no moisture inside. When the bottom surface of the heating chamber is distorted by heat due to the heat distribution of the heating element 13a (due to the sparse density of the winding shape),
Since the planar heater 13 is fixed by the heater mounting bracket 14 and the heater mounting plate 13 lacks flexibility, a gap is created between the planar heater 13 and the bottom of the heating chamber, and the heat distribution becomes more uneven. Unevenness in the baking state of

Means for Solving the Problems In the oven toaster of the present invention, the mounting bracket of the planar heater is limited only to the portion where the heating element is sparse, and the planar heater is insulated through a stretchable cotton-like heat insulating material. It is fixed to the bottom of the heating chamber with a material.

Effect According to the heating device of the present invention, the heater mounting plate is necessary only for preventing the dispersion of the laminated components forming the planar heater, so that it is sufficient to reduce the size by only covering a part of the heating element. You can Further, since the strength is not necessary and can be made thin, the heat loss is extremely small and the bottom surface of the heating chamber can be efficiently heated. Therefore, the bread can be baked in a short time. Also, by fixing the sheet heater to the bottom of the heating chamber via the insulating cotton-like insulating material, it is possible not only to press the entire sheet heater closely to the bottom of the heating chamber. Even if the bottom of the heating chamber is thermally distorted by the heating element, the cotton-like heat insulating material presses the planar heater to the bottom of the heating chamber to maintain close contact, so that uneven heat distribution can be eliminated, and the bread should be baked uniformly. You can

FIG. 2 is a right side sectional view showing the internal structure of the toaster oven. A planar heater 7 is provided on the outside of the bottom surface 6 of the heating chamber 2, and a heater mounting member 8 made of stainless steel or the like resistant to heat-resistant corrosion is used to fix the laminated structure parts of the planar heater to each other. It is provided so that the area in contact with the heater 7 is as small as possible. Reference numeral 9 denotes a cotton-like heat insulating material which is a heat insulator having high heat resistance and flexibility such as glass fiber provided in order to prevent the heat of the sheet heater 7 from escaping inside the main body (outside the heating chamber). The sheet heater 7 is fixed to the bottom surface 6 of the heating chamber while being pressed against the heater 7 and pressed by the heat insulating plate 10.
It is provided in close contact with.

The sheet heater 7 has a heating element 7a wound around a winding frame 7b made of a heat-resistant insulating material such as mica corresponding to the shape of an object to be heated such as bread, and the upper and lower parts thereof are also insulating plates 7c and 7d of mica. It is a structure that sandwiches. The heater mounting plate 8 is provided so as to integrate the components (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) of the planar heater 7 having the above-described laminated structure so as to prevent them from being dispersed. It is used as a pedestal. Therefore, the heater mounting plate 8 is made as small as possible so that the heating element 7a does not directly face to it, and a conical diaphragm is provided in the center to reduce the contact area with the planar heater 7. . The planar heater unit thus preliminarily integrated is fixed to the bottom of the heating chamber by the stepped screw 11 by the heat insulating plate 10 via the cotton-like heat insulating material 9 covering almost the entire area of the planar heater unit. In addition, the degree to which the sheet heater 7 is brought into close contact with the bottom of the heating chamber may be appropriately selected by the thickness and density of the cotton-like heat insulating material and the drawing height of the heat insulating plate 10.

(1) Since the metal fitting for fixing the planar heater to the bottom of the heating chamber is not directly opposed to the heating element but is provided via the cotton-like heat insulating material which is a heat insulator, heat is taken from the heating element to the heater fixing metal fitting. Heat is effectively transferred to the bottom of the heating chamber because heat loss is reduced without being exposed. Therefore, the speed at which heat is transmitted to the bread is increased, the time for baking the surface can be shortened, and when the surface has a good baking color, a good result that water remains inside can be obtained.

(2)面状ヒーターを加熱室底面に伸縮する。綿状断熱

でき良好な状態に焼き上げることが可能となった。
(2) Expand and contract the sheet heater to the bottom of the heating chamber. Since the cotton-like heat insulating material adheres closely to it, a planar heater can be reliably attached to the bottom of the heating chamber even when cold and hot.
The heat of the sheet heater is efficiently transferred to the bottom of the heating chamber, which not only shortens the baking time of the bread, but also eliminates the uneven heat distribution caused by the gap between the heating element and the bottom of the heating chamber. It was possible to eliminate uneven baking when baking and to bake it in a good condition.

(3)面状ヒーターを加熱室に固定する金具を発熱体に

性能の劣化も無く安全である。
(3) Since the metal fitting for fixing the planar heater to the heating chamber does not directly face the heating element, the temperature at the time of use can be lowered, so there is no need to use expensive stainless steel resistant to heat-resistant corrosion, and the metal fitting can be inexpensively fixed. Can be formed and is safe with no deterioration in performance due to corrosion.

(4)面状ヒーターをはさみ込む非充電金属体がほぼ半

を減らす事が出来安全性が向上する。
(4) Since the non-charged metal body that sandwiches the planar heater has almost half of one side (the bottom of the heating chamber), the capacitance generated between the heating element and the non-charged metal body can be reduced, so that the leakage current can be reduced. The safety is improved.

(5)加熱室底面に面状ヒーターを配置しているため、

(5) Since a planar heater is placed on the bottom of the heating chamber,
There are no protrusions near the bottom of the heating chamber. Therefore, when food is stored in the heating chamber, cooked, or is taken out after cooking, when dust that falls from the food or spilled dust adheres to the bottom of the heating chamber, it is easy to clean by wiping, etc. We can provide a toaster.
