Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a heating cooking utensil having high usability, good heating performance, and high reliability as well as having lesser troubles by fixing a face-like heater to the ceiling of a heating chamber in such a way as to enable it to be freely contracted toward the planar direction. CONSTITUTION:A face-like heater 8 is formed by winding a heating element 8a around a winding frame 8b of a heat-resistant insulator, e.g., mica, and putting it between upper and lower insulators 8c of mica, etc. A heater fitting plate 9a has several long holes formed radially from the center. Stepped screws 11 are inserted into the long holes to clamp the heater 8 in a sandwiched form to the ceiling of the heating chamber 1. The ceiling of the chamber 1 is provided with a projection slowly sloped toward the face-like heater side.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the upper heater 2 and lower heater 3 of such a conventional heating cooker are exposed in the heating chamber 1, the effectiveness of the heating chamber is reduced by this amount. In order to be able to store large foods, the heating chamber needs to be enlarged by the size of the heater, and the external size also increases, requiring a large installation space, making heating cooking difficult to use. It had become a vessel. Furthermore, if the heater is exposed in the heating chamber, even if food stains are scattered on the heating chamber wall, the heater will get in the way and be difficult to clean, making it inconvenient to use.

Furthermore, since the heaters 1.2 are exposed in the heating chamber, the object to be heated 5 directly receives the radiant heat from the upper heater 1, causing problems such as local heating unevenness along the shape of the heater 1. There was also.

In order to solve these problems, there was a proposed configuration in which the heater was placed outside the heating chamber and installed in a planar manner.
In such a configuration, the heat of the planar heater is not efficiently transmitted into the heating chamber, resulting in poor thermal efficiency, and contact with the planar heater tends to occur locally due to thermal deformation of the wall surface of the heating chamber. This local contact causes uneven heating of the object to be heated, and also causes problems such as wire breakage and insulation deterioration due to local heating of the sheet heater itself.

Means for Solving the Problem The heating cooker of the present invention has a heater formed in a planar shape and arranged so as to cover almost the entire area outside the ceiling surface of the heating chamber,
The ceiling surface of the heating chamber is formed to have a gentle convex surface on the outside of the heating chamber, that is, on the side of the sheet heater, and the sheet heater is formed on the ceiling surface of the heating chamber so that it can freely contract in the plane direction. It is a fixed configuration. This fixing method is either by pressing the periphery of the heater with a resilient spring material, or by screwing the periphery of the heater with a slight gap. The aim is to achieve uniform and reliable surface contact between the heater and the ceiling of the heating chamber.

According to the present invention, the planar heater is provided outside the ceiling of the heating chamber, and since the ceiling of the heating chamber is pre-convex toward the planar heater, as heating progresses, the heat on the ceiling increases. As the heating chamber expands, the ceiling surface of the heating chamber further curves toward the sheet heater side. At this time, the planar heater also expands due to heat, but since it is fixed so that it can freely expand in its planar shape, the contact pressure with the ceiling of the heating chamber increases, and the heat of the planar heater increases. is uniformly and efficiently transmitted to the ceiling of the heating chamber and further to the object to be heated inside the heating chamber. Also, the higher the temperature of this sheet heater, the more uniformly it will come into contact with the ceiling of the heating chamber.
Heat dissipation from the heater becomes even, and breakdowns such as insulation deterioration due to local heating and heater wire breakage are eliminated. Due to these effects, even if the heating element is provided outside the heating chamber, the food can be effectively heated, and of course, the heat distribution is made uniform, so that even baking can be achieved. In addition, since there is no need for an exposed heater inside the heating chamber, the effective volume inside the heating chamber is wide, and cleaning is also easy, which improves usability.

When fixing a planar heater, it is possible to press it from the top using a resilient spring material, or just screw it in place with a slight gap, so it is extremely easy to work with and requires less assembly time. Finish.

FIG. 1 shows the Kashima tone fB! according to the present invention! ! It is a front sectional view showing the structure of a container. In FIG. 1, a sheet heater 8 is provided in close contact with the outer surface of the ceiling or bottom of the heating chamber 1. The planar heater 8 is fixed by a metal plate 9 for heater attachment. 10 is a heat insulator for preventing heat from escaping to the outside. Further, the magnetron 6 is provided in the waveguide 7 and is used to heat the object 5 placed on the object mounting plate 4 with high frequency. With the above configuration, the object to be heated 5 can be heated by both heater heating and high frequency heating.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, the sheet heater 8 is a heating element 8.
& is wound around a winding frame 8b made of a heat-resistant insulator such as mica, and the upper and lower sides thereof are sandwiched between insulating plates 8C also made of mica or the like. The heater mounting plate 9a has several elongated holes radiating from its center, and the stepped screws 11 are pushed into the elongated holes, and the sheet heater 8 is fastened to the ceiling of the heating chamber 1 as a sandwich. There is. Here, the ceiling surface of the heating chamber 1 is a convex surface with a gentle slope toward the planar heater side.

With the above configuration, even if heating progresses and thermal expansion occurs in the sheet heater 8 and the mounting plate 9, the pressure in the vertical direction of the stepped screw 11 is not so strong, and since it is tightened in the elongated hole. , the mounting plate 9 expands in the plane direction. However, since the ceiling surface of the heating chamber 1 has a box-shaped periphery, the force of thermal expansion acts in the vertical direction and tends to curve upward. That is, the sheet heater 8 and
