Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、雄部と雌部とを互いにすべらせて係合させる
方式のフックにおける雌部の受け部本体に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
フックとしては実公昭56-13766号公報に示すものが知ら
れている。
つまり、第３図に示すようにかぎ部本体１とリベット２
とより成る雄部３及び受け部本体４とリベット５より成
る雌部６とを備え、かぎ部本体１を被取付シート７にリ
ベット２で取付けると共に、受け部本体４を被取付シー
ト８にリベット５で取付け、かぎ部本体１と受け部本体
４を互いにすべらせて係合させるようにしてある。
このようなフックにおける雌部６の受け部本体４は第３
図に示すように、取付横板４ａと押え横板４ｂと両側縦
板４ｃ，４ｃで偏平なる方形中空状となっていると共
に、その取付横板４ａの中央部を外側に弯曲突出させ、
かつその中央にリベット挿通孔９を形成し、このリベッ
ト挿通孔９の周縁内面９ａにリベット５の先端部5aをカ
シメることで被取付シート８に取付けるようにし、取付
横板４ａのリベット挿通孔９の周縁部９ｂを被取付シー
ト８に喰い込ませて受け部本体４が被取付シート８に対
して共回りしないようにしている。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
かかる受け部本体４であると、取付横板４ａのリベット
挿通孔９の周縁部９ｂが、取付面4dより外方に突出して
被取付シート８を椀状に強く押しつけるので、受け部本
体の周囲の被取付シート８にパッカリングが生ずる原因
となり、しかも雌部本体の厚さを厚くし、外観或は肌触
りを悪くする原因ともなっていた。
そこで、本考案は、被取付シートにパッカリングを生ず
ることなしに取付けでき、しかも雌部全体の厚さを薄く
できるようにしたフックにおける雌部の受部本体を提供
することを目的とする。
〔課題を解決するための手段及び作用〕
受け部本体の取付横板におけるリベット挿入用の孔より
両端側を内側に切り起して、取付面における孔の両端側
に凹部を、内側面における孔の両端側に傾斜面部をそれ
ぞれ形成すると共に、中央にリベット取付用の凹陥部を
形成したものであり、これにより、受け部本体の取付面
を被取付シートに押しつけて取付けた時に、被取付シー
トの一部分が凹部に入り込んで被取付シートと受け部本
体との共回りがなくなると共に、受け部本体の取付面を
広く平坦な面としてパッカリングが生じなく、しかも被
取付シートをいためることがないと共に、受け部本体を
安定して被取付シートに載置して装着できる。
〔実施例〕
フックは第２図に示すように、雄部１０と雌部２０とを
備え、雄部１０はかぎ部本体１１とリベット１２と飾り
キャップ１３より成り、雌部２０は受け部本体２１とリ
ベット２２とより成っている。
前記受け部本体２１は取付横板２３と押え横板２４と両
端縦板２５，２５とにより偏平なる方形中空状となり、
両端側にかぎ部本体１１の挿入口２６，２６を有しかつ
両端面21a,21aは垂直に対して斜めとなって側面形状が
台形状となっていると共に、取付横板２３の中央にリベ
ット挿入用の孔２７が形成してあると共に、この孔２７
より両端側は内側に切り起しされて取付面２３ａに外側
に開口した凹部２８と水平に対して中央側が挿入口２６
側より高く傾斜した傾斜面部２９をそれぞれ形成し、か
つ孔２７の両端側上部に凹陥部３０を形成している。
前記押え横板２４には大径孔３１が前記孔２７と同心状
に形成されていると共に、この孔２７より両端側部分に
内側に打ち出しされて水平に対して下向に傾斜した一対
の係止辺部32,32′を形成している。
前記リベット２２はフランジ３３と筒状部34を備え、被
取付シートＡの裏面側より筒状部34を孔２７に挿通する
と共に、筒状部３４の先端側３４ａを前記孔２７の周囲
にカシメることで受け部本体２１を被取付シートＡの表
面側に取付けてあり、そのカシメた先端側３４ａは前記
凹陥部３０内に位置して傾斜面部２９より内側に突出し
ないようにしてある。
前記かぎ部本体１１は略Ｕ字状に折曲して挿入片１４と
取付片１５を有し、その取付片１５の孔１６にリベット
１２を挿入して先端部12aをカシメすることで被取付シ
ートＢに取付けてあると共に、取付片１５の端部は切欠
１７されて一対の突出片１８，１８を形成し、この突出
片１８は若干弯曲してかぎ部本体１１が受け部本体２１
に挿入し易くなっていると共に、前記挿入片１４には孔
１９が前記孔１６と同心状に形成されている。
しかして、雄部１０と雌部２０を矢印方向に移動してか
ぎ部本体１１の挿入片１４を受け部本体２１の挿入口２
６より挿入することで係合できる。
挿入片１４を挿入口２６より挿入する時に傾斜面部２９
によってガイドされるので、スムーズに挿入できると共
に、第１図のように挿入して係合させた状態では傾斜面
２９と係止片部３２，３２′との間に挿入片１４が位置
するから両者があまりがたつくことがない。
また、使用者の意志に反して雄部１０と雌部２０が矢印
と反対方向に移動して挿入片１４が抜け出ようとした時
に、挿入片１４の孔１９が一方の係止片部３２′にひっ
かかるので抜け難くなるので、かぎ部本体１１と受け部
本体２１が外れ難くなる。
〔考案の効果〕
受け部本体２１の取付横板２３に形成されたリベット取
付用の凹陥部３０は、該取付横板23の取付面２３ａより
外方に突出して形成されていないので、取付面２３ａは
平坦な面で被取付シートを押圧し、その結果、被取付シ
ートＡにはパッカリング（しわ）を発生することがない
と共に該取付面２３ａが広く平坦な面となるので、受け
部本体２１を被取付シートＡに安定してかつ、該被取付
シートＡを損傷することなく装着出来る。
更に該凹陥部３０が、取付横板２３の取付面２３ａより
外方に突出して形成されていないので、雌部２０の厚さ
を薄く形成することが出来、その結果、外観及び肌触り
が良い。
しかも、受け部本体２１を被取付シートＡにリベットで
取付ける際、その取付面２３ａが被取付シートＡの表面
に押しつけられて被取付シートＡの一部分が取付面２３
ａの凹部２８内に押し込められるから受け部本体２１が
被取付シートＡに対して共回りすることがない。
また、取付横板２３と押え横板２４の間隔を、傾斜面部
２９によって挿入口２６側を広く、中央側を狭くできる
から、かぎ部本体の挿入片を挿入し易いと共に、挿入し
た状態ではがたつくことがなくなる。

第１図、第２図は本考案の実施例を示し、第１図はフッ
クを係合した状態の断面図、第２図は分解斜視図、第３
図は従来例の説明図である。 ２０は雌部、２１は受け部本体、２３は取付横板、２４
は押え横板、２５は縦板、２６は挿入口、２７は孔、２
８は凹部、２９は傾斜面部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】取付横板２３と押え横板２４と両側縦板２
    ５，２５とにより、両端部にかぎ部本体の挿入口２６，
    ２６を有する偏平なる方形中空状となり、その取付横板
    ２３の中央にリベット挿入用の孔２７を形成すると共
    に、この孔２７より両端側を内側に切り起して、取付面
    ２３ａにおける孔２７の両端側に凹部２８を形成し、か
    つ内側面における孔２７の両端側に挿入口２６側より中
    央に向けて順次高くなった傾斜面部２９を形成すると共
    に、中央にリベット取付用の凹陥部３０を形成したこと
    を特徴とするフックにおける雌部の受け部本体。
