(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) With the means for integrating the auxiliary members by welding as in the former case, if the number of the additional members is small, the number of steps required for welding increases if the number is large. However, there is a problem in that the mass production becomes poor and the cost increases, and the tubular material is deteriorated by the high heat generated by welding.

Also, in the latter means for integrating by caulking,
Even if the tubular material does not deteriorate, it is an essential condition that the accessory member has a ring shape, and it is applicable in the case of an accessory member that is fixed to a part of the peripheral surface of the tubular material such as a bracket or a nut member. There is a constraint that you cannot do it.

(Operation) By adopting the above method, when a large number of accessory members are attached to the peripheral surface of the pipe member, the accessory member prepared in advance is inserted into the bulge-type accessory member storage / holding unit, and the accessory member is attached to the tubular material. The superplastic material is placed on the joint surface, the tubular material is inserted into the bulge mold, the part of this auxiliary member is heated to match the melting points, and the high-pressure fluid is pressed into the tubular material to form the tubular material in the molding die. At the same time as the bulge is formed in the portion and bulging is performed, it is pressed against the joint surface of the accessory member, whereby the superplastic material functions as an adhesive and the tubular material and the accessory member are integrated by molecular diffusion bonding.

As described above, the bulging method according to the present invention is
A bulge type is used which is provided with a mold part for shaping the tubular material by bulging and an accessory member storage holding part for storing the accessory member to be attached to the peripheral surface of the tubular material. After the member is charged and the joining portion is heated and softened only by using a superplastic material between the joining surfaces of the two members, the high-pressure fluid is pressed into the tubular member and the bulging pressure of the tubular material causes the auxiliary member and the tubular material. Since and are integrally joined and fixed, even an auxiliary member attached to a part of the peripheral surface of the tubular material in the circumferential direction can be fixed by bulging, and particularly a large number of them can be attached to the peripheral surface of the tubular material. Compared to the conventional mounting method in which accessory members are fixed by welding, they can be fixed all at once at the same time as bulging, so it is possible to greatly improve the efficiency of attachment work of accessory members. There is an effect.
