2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a steering device for a hydrofoil, for example, as shown in a perspective view of FIG. 3, a front strut 0 whose upper end is pivotally attached to a bow of a hydrofoil ship 01 by a vertical rotating shaft.
It is known that 2 is used. In the figure, 02a is a rear strut. In this type of device, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 4, the front strut 02 formed by the strut main body 03, the fur oil 04 and the flap 05 is operated by the steering actuator 06 (FIG. 3) arranged in the bottom of the ship. As shown by the arrow 07, it is integrally rotated around the vertical axis. As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 5 (A), the upper end is fixed to the bottom of the hydrofoil and the lower end is pivotally attached to the trailing edge of the strut body 08 that fixedly supports the fooil 04 via the rudder shaft 09. It is also known that the trailing edge rudder 010 is a steering actuator arranged in the bottom of the ship and is rotated within a slight angular range as indicated by an arrow 011.

However, each of these devices has the following drawbacks. (1) Steering actuator 0 for integral rotation type
Since the weight and the capacity of 6 increase, the basic performance and economical efficiency of the hydrofoil ship 01 decrease. (2) In the partial rotation type, as shown in FIG. 5 (B), since the rudder area of the trailing edge rudder 010 is small, the lift L 0 generated with respect to the steering angle is small immediately after steering, and therefore, Poor turning performance. Further, in the state of turning, the water flow obliquely flows into the strut main body 08, so that the water resistance of the strut main body 08 increases and thus the ship speed decreases.

To this end, the present invention relates to a hydrofoil vessel having front hulls and rear hulls attached to the hull via front struts and rear struts, respectively. The struts each have a central fixed strut body, a trailing edge rudder pivotally attached to the rear end of the fixed strut body, and the same direction as the trailing edge rudder pivotally attached to the front end of the fixed strut body. It has a front edge flap that can be linked to.

According to this structure, the following actions are performed. (1) Since the rotating parts of the steering device are limited to the leading edge flap and the trailing edge rudder, which are pivotally attached to the fixed strut body, respectively, the weight and capacity of the device are reduced. (2) Since the leading edge flap can rotate in the same direction as the trailing edge rudder, in the state immediately after steering, the leading edge flap forms an angle with respect to the water flow inflow direction, the wing wing bar of the strut increases, and the lift force is increased. Will increase. Further, in the turning state, the angle of attack of the leading edge flap in the water flow inflow direction is decreased, the water resistance of the strut is decreased, and the decrease in ship speed is minimized.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to the drawings, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a known steering apparatus shown in FIG. 5 will be described. The same reference numerals in FIG. )
In the perspective view and the plan view (B), 1 is a movable leading edge flap 2 having an oblong horizontal cross section and a vertically long rectangular cross section at the front edge of a fixed strut body 1a having a narrow vertical rectangle. A movable trailing edge rudder 010, which is pivotally supported by the flap shaft 3 and has a streamlined horizontal cross section and a vertically elongated rectangular cross section at the rear edge, is a front strut pivotally supported by the rudder shaft 4. Next, FIG.
The perspective view shows how the trailing edge rudder 010 and the leading edge flap 2 are interlocked. The small gear 6 fitted to the output shaft of the motor 5 is the large gear 7 fitted to the leading edge flap shaft 3 and the rudder shaft 4 The large gears 8 and the large gears 8 fitted in the gears mesh with each other, and the large gears 7 and 8 have the same diameter.

In such an apparatus, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), the water flow inflow direction 9 immediately after steering is almost the front-back direction of the front strut 1, so that the front-edge flap 2 has the rear-edge rudder 01.
When it is rotated by an angle corresponding to the rudder angle δ of 0, the angle β with respect to the inflow direction 9 of the water flow is increased, and the blade camber of the device with respect to the water flow is increased, and thus the lift L is increased. In addition, as shown in FIG.
Since the water flows in obliquely from the front by the angle β, the water flow inflow direction 10 when the front edge flap 2 is turning by the steering angle δ phase or the like 10
Heading towards, and the angle of attack against this becomes smaller accordingly,
Therefore, the water resistance is reduced, and when the turning angle of the leading edge flap 2 is made equal to the steering angle δ of the trailing edge rudder 010, the water resistance of the device is minimized. In addition, although the present embodiment has described the case where the present invention is applied to the front strut of the hydrofoil, the present invention can also be applied to the rear strut of the hydrofoil and the front strut and the rear strut.

According to the apparatus of this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. (1) Since the rotating part of the steering device is limited to the leading edge flap and the trailing edge rudder, which are pivotally attached to the fixed strut body, respectively, the weight and capacity of the device are reduced, and therefore the basic performance of the hydrofoil And economic efficiency is improved. (2) Since the leading edge flap can rotate in the same direction as the trailing edge rudder, in the state immediately after steering, the leading edge flap forms an angle with respect to the water flow inflow direction, the wing wing bar of the strut increases, and the lift force is increased. , And therefore the turning performance of the hydrofoil is improved. Further, in the turning state, the angle of attack of the leading edge flap in the water flow inflow direction is reduced, the water resistance of the struts is reduced, and the decrease in ship speed is minimized, thus improving the basic performance of the hydrofoil. .
