Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a heat-sealable packaging material that does not produce plastic odor when food is hermetically packaged, and more specifically, to a food contact side of a sheet-shaped or film-shaped substrate. In a heat-sealable packaging material in which a heat-adhesive layer is laminated on the surface to be formed, the heat-adhesive having a glass transition temperature of 30
A mixture of saturated polyester resins having a difference of not less than ° C is used.

Generally, when liquid or solid food is hermetically packaged, after the contents are filled and contained in a packaging container or a packaging bag, the opening is heat-sealed and hermetically sealed. In this case, since the amount of the heat-adhesive is in the innermost layer of the container or bag and is always in contact with the food, if a plastic odor is generated from the heat-adhesive, this will be transferred to the food throughout the period of distribution and storage, and the flavor of the food will be improved. There was a problem that was harmful.

Conventionally, thermoplastic synthetic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer have been mainly used as heat-adhesives in heat-sealable containers for liquid drinks such as foods, especially alcohol, juice, coffee and milk. However, these have a slight plastic odor remaining, so that they often have a drawback that they give off a strange odor or a change in taste when they are drunk.

As a result of research to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a saturated polyester resin has an extremely low odor as compared with other thermoplastic synthetic resins, and in particular, the glass transition temperature of this saturated polyester resin is different by at least 30 ° C. It has been found that when two kinds are mixed, the film forming property as a thin film and the heat sealing property are both good, and the present invention has been completed.

That is, the present invention uses a heat-resistant plastic film, metal foil, paper or a laminated material thereof as a base material, and at least two types of saturated polyester resins having a glass transition temperature difference of 30 ° C. or more on the surface which becomes the food contact side. Is a heat-sealing food packaging material obtained by laminating and adhering the mixture film of (1) with or without using an appropriate adhesive.

These saturated polyester resins are generally difficult to maintain a good balance of both film-forming property and heat-sealing property with a single component, and particularly those having a glass transition temperature of 70 ° C or higher are heat-sealing. If the glass transition temperature is 0 ° C. or less, the film forming property is low such as blocking and winding when the film is formed, and it cannot be used as a thermal adhesive film.

However, a mixture of a saturated polyester resin having a relatively high glass transition temperature and a poor heat-sealing property and a saturated polyester resin having a relatively low glass transition temperature and a poor film-forming property is a uniform film mixture. It has a good balance of film properties and heat sealing properties.

As a practical condition, it is desirable that one of at least two kinds of saturated polyester resins to be mixed has a glass transition temperature of 30 ° C. or higher and the other of 0 ° C. or lower, but the invention is not necessarily limited to this. However, the difference in glass transition temperature between the two is at least 30 ° C, preferably 60 ° C or more.

Further, the heat-adhesive layer formed by this has a sufficient sealing strength because the adhesive strength of 2 kg / 15 mm width or more is obtained by the heat-sealing temperature of 200 ° C. or less.

The appropriate thickness of the thermal adhesive layer is 5 to 100μ, and optimally 10 to 30μ.If it is 5μ or less, the foreign matter sealing property will decrease and the seal strength will become unstable. It is economically disadvantageous.

The mixing ratio of saturated polyester resin is 1: 9 by weight.
A ratio of 9: 1 is desirable, and if it is out of this range, one of the performances becomes strong, and either the film forming property or the heat sealing property becomes poor, which is not preferable.
