Claims (8)
- 1.タービン(2)の構造部品(6、10、30)、特にタービン翼(6、10 )における変化を検出しその位置を決定する方法において、タービン(2)の連 転中に得られた少なくとも一つの測定値がその基準値から偏移した場合に、構造 部品(6、10、30)で発生された音響スペクトルがタービン(2)の内部で 検出され、基準スペクトルと比較されることを特徴とするタービンの構造部品に おける変化を検出しその位置を決定する方法。
- 2.タービン(2)の構造部品(6、10、30)、特にタービン層(6、10 )における変化を検出しその位置を決定する方法において、タービン(2)の運 転中に得られた少なくとも一つの測定値がその基準値から偏移した場合に、外部 からの励振によって構造部品(6、10、30)で発生された音響スペクトルが 基準スペクトルと比較されることを特徴とするタービンの構造部品における変化 を検出しその位置を決定する方法。
- 3.構造部品(6、10)の表面がストロボスコープ的に照らされ、その際に作 られた画像が撮影され、その撮影された画像が基準画像と比較されることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1又は2記載の方法。
- 4.運転上生じる音響スペクトルがタービンハウジング(8)において検出され 、同様にタービンハウジング(8)で検出され記憶されている基準スペクトルと 比較されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし3の1つに記載の方法。
- 5.可動の超音波発信器(74)が構造部品(6ないし10)の視覚的にアクセ ス可能な範囲(34、36)に繰り出され、そこで構造部品(6、10)の円周 の少なくとも一部に沿って導かれることを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし4の1 つに記載の方法。
- 6.タービン(2)の運転パラメータを検出するために測定値処理装置(16) に接続されている多数のセンサ(12、20、24、28、67)を有している ような請求の範囲1ないし5の1つに記載の方法を実施するためのタービン(2 )の構造部品(6、10、30)、特にタービン翼(6、10)における変化を 検出しその位置を決定する方法を実施するための装置において、外部からタービ ン(2)の内部に挿入できる音検出用プローブ(40)が測定値処理装置(16 )に接続されていることを特徴とするタービンの構造部品における変化を検出し その位置を決定する装置。
- 7.プローブ(40)が移動調整装置(42)によって垂直に移動且つ回転でき ることを特徴とする請求の範囲6記載の装置。
- 8.プローブ(40)の自由端にタービン翼(6、10)を励振するための可撓 性ヘッド(54)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲6又は7記載の 装置。
