Description
Claims (26)
- 1.本質的にダイヤモンド砥粒の表面に化学的に結合された1つの均一な炭化物 形成金属の第1層と,無電解で析出された少なくとも1つの非炭化物形成金属の 第2層とからなる多層被覆を有するダイヤモンド砥粒からなる焼結金属結合砥粒 加工工具に使用するのに適した砥粒。
- 2.前記非炭化物形成金属の第2層がコバルト/リン,鉄/リンまたはニッケル /リンからなる請求項1の砥粒。
- 3.前記非炭化物形成金属の第2層の量が被覆されていないダイヤモンド砥粒の 重量を基準にして10〜50重量%の範囲である請求項2の砥粒。
- 4.無電解で析出された2つの異なる非炭化物形成金属の第2層を有する請求項 2の砥粒。
- 5.ダイヤモンド砥粒が1〜1500μmの範囲の平均粒度を有する請求項1の 砥粒。
- 6.本質的に化学蒸着法または充填塩析出法により析出された1つの均一な炭化 物形成金属の第1層と,無電解析出法により析出された少なくとも1つの非炭化 物形成金属の第2層とからなる多層被覆を有するダイヤモンド砥粒からなる焼結 金属結合砥粒加工工具に使用するのに適した砥粒。
- 7.前記非炭化物形成金属の第2層がコバルト/リンまたはニッケル/リンから なる請求項6の砥粒。
- 8.炭化物形成金属の第1層が0.1〜10μmの範囲の厚さを有する請求項6 の砥粒。
- 9.木質的にダイヤモンド砥粒の表面に化学的に結合された1つの均一なクロー ム金属の第1層と,無電解で析出された少なくとも1つの非炭化物形成金属の第 2層とからなる多層被覆を有するダイヤモンド砥粒からなる焼結金属結合砥粒加 工工具に使用するのに適した砥粒。
- 10.前記非炭化物形成金属の第2層の量が被覆されていないダイヤモンド砥粒 の重量を基準にして10〜50重量%の範囲である請求項9の砥粒。
- 11.前記非炭化物形成金属の第2層がニッケル/リンまたはコバルト/リンの 1つの層からなる請求項9の砥粒。
- 12.無電解で析出された2つの異なる非炭化物形成金属の第2層を有する請求 項9の砥粒。
- 13.ダイヤモンド砥粒が1〜1500μmの範囲の平均粒度を有する請求項9 の砥粒。
- 14.本質的に,化学蒸着法または充填塩析出法により析出された1つの均一な クローム金属の第1層と,無電解析出法により析出された少なくとも1つの非炭 化物形成金属の第2層とからなる多層被覆を有するダイヤモンド砥粒からなる焼 結金属結合砥粒加工工具に使用するのに適した砥粒。
- 15.前記非炭化物形成金属の第2層がコバルト/リンまたはニッケル/リンか らなる請求項14の砥粒。
- 16.クローム金属の第1層が0.1〜10μmの範囲の厚さを有する請求項1 4の砥粒。
- 17.焼結金属結合砥粒加工工具に使用される被覆ダイヤモンド砥粒の製造方法 であって,前記ダイヤモンド砥粒の表面に化学蒸着法または充填塩析出法により 1つの均一な炭化物形成金属の第1層を付着させ,かつ無電解析出法により少な くとも1つの非炭化物形成金属の第2層を付着させることを含む前記被覆ダイヤ モンド砥粒の製造方法。
- 18.均一な炭化物形成金属の第1層が本質的にクロームからなり,かつ別の焼 結工程を行うことなくダイヤモンド砥粒に化学的に結合される請求項17の方法 。
- 19.炭化物形成金属の第1層が0.1〜10μmの範囲の厚みに付着され,ま た第2層が被覆されていないダイヤモンド砥粒の重量を基準にして10〜50重 量%の範囲の量で付着される請求項17の方法。
- 20.2つの異なる第2層が無電解析出法で付着される請求項17の方法。
- 21.第2層が次亜リン酸ニッケルまたは次亜リン酸コバルトの少なくとも1つ の溶液から析出される請求項17の方法。
- 22.被覆ダイヤモンド砥粒を焼結可能な金属と混合する工程と,混合物を周囲 温度においてプレスして希望形状の固形物質を形成する工程と,固形物質を十分 に高い温度に加熱して前記焼結可能な金属を焼結する工程との追加工程を含む請 求項17の方法。
- 23.焼結金属マトリックスおよび請求項1の砥粒からなる焼結金属結合砥粒加 工工具。
- 24.焼結金属マトリックスと多層被覆ダイヤモンド砥粒とからなる砥粒加工工 具であって,多層被覆が本質的にダイヤモンド砥粒の表面に化学的に結合された 1つの均一な炭化物形成金属の第1層と,無電解で析出された少なくとも1つの 非炭化物形成金属の第2層とからなる前記砥粒加工工具。
- 25.炭化物形成金属の第1層が充填塩析出法または化学蒸着法により付着され ,かつ非炭化物形成金属の第2用が無電解析出法により付着され,および前記炭 化物形成金属の第1層が本質的にクロームからなり,また前記非炭化物形成金属 の第2層がコバルト/リンまたはニッケル/リンからなる請求項24の砥粒加工 工具。
- 26.鋸刃のためのインサートである請求項24の砥粒加工工具。
