Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属粉末、セラミック粉末およびそれらの混合物から選択された1種類また はそれ以上の粉末、ゲル生成材料並びにゲル増強剤を含む組成物。 2.ゲル生成材料用溶媒を更に含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。 3.前記のゲル生成材料が寒天である請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。 4.前記のゲル増強剤がポリエチレンイミンである請求の範囲第2項に記載の組 成物。 5.酸化剤を更に含む請求の範囲第5項に記載の組成物。 6.前記の酸化剤が過ヨウ素酸塩陰イオンの金属塩である請求の範囲第5項に記 載の組成物。 7.(a)1.ゲル生成材料 2.ダル増強剤 3.溶媒、並びに 4.金属粉末およびセラミック粉末から選択された1種類またはそれ以上の粉末 ;またはそれらの混合物を含む混合物を加熱する工程を含む製品の形成法。 8.(a)1.金属粉末、セラミック粉末およびそれらの混合物の群より選択さ れた粉末 2.ダル生成材料 3.ゲル増強剤 4.ゲル生成材料用溶媒および 5.担体 を含む混合物を金型中に射出し、該混合物を射出工程の前にゲル生成材料のゲル 化点を上回る第一温度で保持し;そして(b)該混合物を金型中においてゲル生 成材料のゲル化点を下回る第二温度まで冷却して自立製品を形成する 工程を含む射出成形法。 9.ゲル生成材料およびゲル増強剤を含む組成物。 10.前記のゲル生成材料が寒天であり且つ前記のゲル増強剤がアミン含有天然 または合成ポリマーである請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。
