Description
Claims (12)
- 1.以下の特性: (a)29KDの見かけ上の分子量; (b)約8.8のpI; (c)pH10〜12の範囲における最適pH(25℃);及び(d)45〜6 5℃の範囲における最適濃度(pH9.5)、を有することを特徴とするプロテ アーゼ。
- 2.以下の特性: (a)29KDの見かけ上の分子量; (b)約8.8のpI; (c)pH10〜12の範囲における最適pH(25℃);(d)45〜65℃ の範囲における最適温度(pH9.5);及び(e)バチルス種J20,NCI MB No.40262 に由来するプロテアーゼの免疫化学的性質と同一又は 部分的に同一な免疫化学的性質、を有することを特徴とするプロテアーゼ。
- 3.前記プロテアーゼがバチルス種J20の株より得ることができる、請求項1 −2のいづれかに記載のプロテアーゼ。
- 4.バチルス種J20,NCIMB No.40262 又はその突然変異体も しくは変異体より得ることができる、請求項3に記載のプロテアーゼ。
- 5.バチルス種J20の株の生物学的に純粋な単離培養物。
- 6.前記の株が、バチルス種J20,NCIMB No.40262 又はその 突然変異体もしくは変異体である、請求項5に記載の培養物。
- 7.請求項1〜4のいづれか1項に記載のプロテアーゼの調製方法であって、炭 素及び窒素源並びに無機塩を含む適切な栄養培地の中でのバチルス種J20のプ ロテアーゼ生産株の培養、それに続く所望の酵素の回収を含んで成る方法。
- 8.バチルス種J20,NCIMB No.40262 又はその突然変異体も しくは変異体を培養する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 9.洗浄酵素としての請求項1〜4のいづれか1項に記載のプロテアーゼの利用 。
- 10.請求項1〜4のいづれか1項に記載のプロテアーゼを含んで成る洗浄組成 物。
- 11.1又は複数のその他の酵素、特にリパーゼ、アミラーゼ、セルラーゼ又は ペルオキシダーゼを更に含んで成る、請求項10に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 12.顆粒好ましくは無粉塵性顆粒、液体特に安定化液体、スラリー、又は保護 化酵素の形態の施された、請求項1〜4のいづれか1項に記載のプロテアーゼを 含んで成る洗浄添加剤。
