Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 ガラス等から成る建築物外面構成要素を組み
立て若しくは取り付ける装置にて、従来の諸機能に加
え、特に全ての接着作業が工場内で遂行され、また静荷
重が基本的に回避され、それにより個々の外面構成要素
を容易に置換し得るようにされた装置の提供。 【構成】 外面構造物に締結された第一部分（２；２
２）と外面構成要素（１）へ接着される第二部分（３；
２３）と第三部分（４；２４）とが本装置に含まれ、第
三部分のタング（８）と共働する溝（７）と、第二部分
のポケット（１０）と共働するタング（９）とが第一部
分に含まれ、外面構成要素への接着面（１１）及び（１
３）が第二及び第三部分に設けられ、タング（９）の下
縁からポケット底部（１８）までの距離が溝（７）の深
さを超える如く構成されている。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ガラス外面構成要素を
定位置に取り付ける装置に関する。本発明は主として、
接合されて建築物外面を形成する数多くの異形断面材を
含む本体構造物に取り付けられた複数の窓ガラスの形態
をなす外面構成要素に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術、及び発明が解決しようとする課題】全面
にガラスを張った建築物外面を、周知された方法に従っ
て組み立てる場合には、種々の機械的装置の助けによ
り、外面構造体へ窓ガラスが機械的に取り付けられる。
しかしこれらの取付け装置は多かれ少なかれ、人目につ
いたまま最終外面構造物上に残される。
【０００３】その結果として、この種の機械的諸装置の
使用を排除し、代りに、外面に固定された背後にあるフ
レーム構造に複数の窓ガラスを接着させるべく要望が生
じた。
【０００４】しかし窓ガラスの接着は、建築現場では容
易には達成できず、従って得られた接着接合部の品質
は、特に天候条件の故に変動する可能性があり、窓ガラ
スがゆるめられて地面に落下し、損傷や負傷を生ずる危
険性をもたらす。
【０００５】本発明は、若干異なったガラス外面、即ち
窓ガラスが外面から懸垂されて外面クラッドを形成する
ようにしたガラス外面に関する。窓ガラスはなるべくな
ら、透明でない代りに、例えばある形式のストーンクラ
ッドの圧こんを付与すべく処理されることが望ましい。
【０００６】これに関する最も重大な問題は、例えば前
述の如く変動する天候条件の故に、建築現場でフレーム
構造または同種の構造体へ、接合部が満足な品質である
ことを保証する様態で窓ガラスを接着させることができ
ないことである。
【０００７】高品質の接着接合部を得るため制御された
条件の下に工場内で複数の窓ガラスが接着される場合に
は、ある形式の異形断面材を包含するガラス入り外面構
成要素を、接着接合部へ静応力を導入することなく家屋
外面のフレーム構造または同種の構造体へ締結するとい
う問題が生ずる。これは、実際上、家屋外面が決して完
全に平たん且つ平滑ではないことに因る。
【０００８】ここに意図された種類の外面構成要素につ
いて遭遇する別の問題は、個々の構成要素、例えば破損
する恐れのある構成要素、を置換することが困難である
ことである。
【０００９】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、これら
の課題が解決されてガラス外面構成要素を組み立て若し
くは取り付ける装置が得られ、それにより全ての接着作
業を工場内で遂行でき且つ静荷重が基本的に回避され、
それにより、各々の個々の外面構成要素を容易に置換す
ることができる。
【００１０】従って本発明は、ガラス外面構成要素を建
築物外面へ固定する装置にて、ねじのような締結具によ
り外面へ固定された異形断面材へ前記外面構成要素が接
着されるようにした装置において、外面に取り付けられ
るべく意図された第一部分、外面構成要素の上縁に接着
されるべく意図された第二部分および前記構成要素の下
縁に接着されるべく意図された第三部分の３部分がこの
装置に包含されることと、第三部分に属する下方へ延び
るタングと共働すべく意図された上向に向く溝のほか更
に溝より低いレベルに位置して前記溝と平行に延び且つ
第二部分に属する上方へ開口するポケットと共働すべく
意図された下方へ向けられたタングが第一部分に包含さ
れ且つ外面構成要素の上方部分へ接着されるべく意図さ
れた平たんな接着面が前記ポケットに設けられること
と、外面構成要素の下方部分へ接着されるべく意図され
た接着面のほか更に接着面から外方へ直角に延び且つそ
の上に外面構成要素の下縁が載るべく意図された支持面
が第三部分に包含されることと、取り付けられた状態に
おいて、第一部分のタングの下縁からポケットの底部ま
での距離が前記の上方に向く溝の深さを超えることとを
特徴とする装置に関する。

【実施例】ここで本発明を、その例示的な実施例につ
き、且つまた添付図面につき、更に詳細に説明する。
【００１２】図１には、互いに隣接する数多くの外面構
成要素１が示されている。図２には、１枚の上記ガラス
外面構成要素が上部から示されている。本発明をガラス
外面構成要素について以下に説明するが、他の何れかの
材料、例えば薄い石材またはコンクリート材料、で作ら
れた外面構成要素を本発明に使用できることは理解され
よう。
【００１３】本発明によれば、本装置は図４および図５
に示す如き３部分２，３，４で構成される。第一部分２
はねじ５またはボルトにより建築物外面に締結されるべ
く意図されている。このねじまたはボルトは、前記第一
部分に設けられた１個以上の孔６内に受容される。第二
装置部分３は構成要素１の上縁に接着されるべく意図さ
れ、第三装置部分４は前記構成要素の下縁に接着される
べく意図されている。
【００１４】第三部分４の下方へ延びるタング８と共働
すべく意図された上方に向く溝７のほか更に溝７と平行
に延び且つ前記溝より低いレベルに位置するタング９が
第一部分２に包含されている。タング９は、第二部分３
に設けられた上方へ開口するポケット１０と共働すべく
意図されている。ポケット１０の外表面には平たんな接
着面１１があり、外面構成要素の上方部分へ接着される
べく意図されている。外面構成要素の下方部分１４へ接
着されるべく意図された接着面１３も第三部分４に包含
されている。この接着面１３は、前記装置の第三部分の
タング８と平行である。
【００１５】接着面１３から直角に突出し且つその上に
外面構成要素の下縁１６が載るべく意図された支持面１
５も第三部分４に包含されている。この支持面１５は、
外面構成要素の全重量を接着接合部で支持する代りに、
この重量を支持すべく機能する。
【００１６】本発明の１つの重要な特徴は、本装置が取
り付けられた場合、第一装置部分２のタング９の下縁１
７からポケット１０の底部１８までの距離が上方に向く
溝７の深さを超えることである。図４によってわかる通
り、これにより、前記装置の第一部分２から第三部分４
を外すため、取り付けられた外面構成要素およびそこに
接着された第三部分４のタング８も一緒に、前記構成要
素の下縁を外面から外方へある方向に動かすに充分な範
囲まで、それ自体の平面内で上方へ移動させることが可
能となる。次いで、矢張りそれと共に外面構成要素の上
方部分の第二部分３を前記装置の第一部分２から外し
て、外面構成要素をそれ自体の平面内で下方へ移動させ
ることができる。
【００１７】従って各々の個々の外面構成要素を、残部
の外面構成要素に影響を及ぼすことなく外面構造体から
取り外し、新しい構成要素に置き換えることができる。
【００１８】本発明の重要な一実施例によれば、第一装
置部分２の溝７は、第三装置部分４の下方へ延びるタン
グ８が溝７内で限定された範囲まで旋回することを可能
にさせる幅を備えている。これは、外面構成要素の、そ
の下方領域における取付けの結果として、第三部分４と
外面構成要素との間の接着接合部に静的な全く発生しな
いことを意味する。外面が実際は決して完全に平たんで
なく、従って、外面構成要素を外面に締結する結果とし
て全く硬直な各取付け装置が静応力を接着接合部へ導入
することは理解されよう。
【００１９】同様に重要な別の実施例は、金属板、望ま
しくはステンレス鋼板、でポケット１０が構成されるそ
れであり、それが折り返されて前記ポケットを形成し且
つそれが、前記ポケットと共働する第一装置部分の下方
へ延びるタング９に対し弾力性を備えている。より不充
分な代替案は、各外面構成要素を前述の如く取り外し得
るに充分な幅を、外面に垂直な方向にポケットに付与す
ることであろう。この装置では恒久的なギャップが残さ
れる可能性がある。
【００２０】ポケット１０が弾力性であり且つタング９
がポケット１０内のそれ自体の平面内で動き得るという
事実は、外面構成要素の結果として、外面構成要素の接
着接合部が極めて広い範囲にわたり全ての静的な力を除
去されていることを意味する。更にまた、ポケット１０
内のタング９の動きは、取付け装置間の公差が吸収され
ることを可能にしている。同様に、温度の変化によって
生ずる寸法の変動もこのように吸収することができ、従
って温度変動の結果としての静荷重を接着接合部が受け
ることはない。
【００２１】図６は図４に対応する断面図であり、第一
装置部分の下方へ延びるタング９および第二装置部分の
代替実施例を示す。
【００２２】この実施例によれば、第二部分２３は、例
えば、押出アルミニウムで構成され、剛性または非弾力
性のポケット２５を備えている。第一部分２２の下方へ
延びるタング２９の下方端部には、望ましくは円形断面
形状の、拡幅部分２６がある。この拡幅部分２６は、ポ
ケット２５の幅に対応する直径を備えている。この部分
２６はタング２９に比し拡大されているので、第二装置
部分２３は第一部分２２に対し、限定された範囲まで旋
回することができる。従ってこの実施例によれば、部分
２６とポケット２５との間の水平方向ギャップの発生な
しに、旋回連結が得られる。第三装置部分２４は、図５
に示す第三装置部分に対しわずかに修正されている。
【００２３】本発明の好適な一実施例によれば、本発明
の装置の第一部分２および第三部分４は押出アルミニウ
ム断面材で構成されている。
【００２４】別の好適な実施例によれば、本発明の装置
は、外面構成要素１の上縁または下縁の長さより基本的
に短い長さを有する。図２には、外面構成要素に取り付
けられた２組の第二部分３と２組の第三部分４とが概略
的に示されている。この図からわかるように、これらの
装置部分は、外面構成要素の縁の長さに対して短い。こ
れらの装置を更に長く作り、また前記構成要素の縁の長
さに対応する長さを付与することもできることは理解さ
れよう。
【００２５】本発明の装置は、外面構成要素の上縁およ
び下縁を固定するために用いられる。図３は図１の線Ａ
−Ａについての断面図である。隣接する２組の外面構成
要素間の垂直継ぎ目の背後には、雨水側溝１９を取り付
けることができ、あるいはまた、図示されていない周知
の封止用コンパウンドで継ぎ目を封止することもでき
る。封止用コンパウンドは、隣接する外面構成要素間の
水平方向の継ぎ目内へ挿入することもできる。
【００２６】前述の諸項から、序言に述べた諸問題が本
発明により解決されることは明白である。本発明の装置
により、外面構成要素を取り付ける場合に接着接合部に
静荷重を加えずに平たん度やその他の公差の偏差を吸収
できるので、本発明の本質的な特徴は、全ての接着作業
を工場内で遂行し得ることである。
【００２７】本発明を、ある単一の例示的な実施例につ
き、前述の諸項で基本的に説明したが、本装置の機能を
逸脱することなく本装置の３部分２，３，４に他の形態
を付与し得ることは、当業者には明白であろう。
【００２８】従って、諸変更は請求項の範囲内でなされ
得る故、本発明は、前記に述べられ且つ図示されたその
例示的な実施例に限定されるとみなされるべきではな
い。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ガラス外面構成要素を建築物外面へ取り
    付ける装置にて、ねじのような締結装置により建築物外
    面へ固定された異形断面材へ外面構成要素が接着される
    ようにした装置において、外面に締結されるべく意図さ
    れた第一部分（２；２２）、外面構成要素（１）の上縁
    に接着されるべく意図された第二部分（３；２３）およ
    び構成要素（１）の下縁に接着されるべく意図された第
    三部分（４；２４）の３部分がこの装置に包含されるこ
    とと、第三部分（４；２４）に属する下方へ延びるタン
    グ（８）と共働すべく意図された上方に向く溝（７）の
    ほか更に溝（７）と平行に延びて溝（７）より低いレベ
    ルに位置し且つ第二部分（３；２３）に属する上方へ開
    口するポケット（１０）と共働すべく意図された下方へ
    延びるタング（９）が第一部分（２）に包含され且つ外
    面構成要素（１）の上方部分（１２）へ接着されるべく
    意図された平たんな接着面（１１）がこのポケット（１
    ０）に設けられることと、外面構成要素（１）の下方部
    分（１４）へ接着されるべく意図された接着面（１３）
    にてタング（８）に平行な接着面（１３）のほか更に接
    着面（１３）から外方へ直角に延び且つその上に外面構
    成要素の下縁（１６）が載るべく意図された支持面（１
    ５）が第三部分（４；２４）に包含されることと、取り
    付けられた状態において、第一部分のタング（９）の下
    縁からポケット（１０）の底部（１８）までの距離が上
    方に向く溝（７）の深さを超えることとを特徴とする装
    置。
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１に記載の装置において、溝
    （７）の幅が、前記溝内の下方へ延びるタング（８）の
    限定された旋回運動をもたらす程度のものであることを
    特徴とする装置。
  3. 【請求項３】 請求項１または請求項２に記載の装置に
    おいて、ポケット（１０）が薄板金、望ましくはステン
    レス鋼、で作られ、それが折り返されて前記ポケットを
    形成し且つそれが、ポケット（１０）と共働する下方へ
    延びるタング（９）に対し弾力性であることを特徴とす
    る装置。
  4. 【請求項４】 請求項１、請求項２または請求項３に記
    載の装置において、ポケット（２５）が非弾力性材料で
    作られることと、第一部分（２２）の下方へ延びるタン
    グ（２６）が拡幅または拡大部分（２６）を備え、外面
    構成要素（１）に直角なその幅がポケット（２５）の幅
    に対応し、従って第一部分（２２）に対し限定された範
    囲まで前記第二部分（２３）が旋回し得ることとを特徴
    とする装置。
  5. 【請求項５】 請求項１、請求項２、請求項３または請
    求項４に記載の装置において、本装置の第一部分（２；
    ２２）および第三部分（４；２４）が押出アルミニウム
    断面材であることを特徴とする装置。
  6. 【請求項６】 請求項１、請求項２、請求項３、請求項
    ４または請求項５に記載の装置において、諸装置（２；
    ２２、３；２３、４；２４）が、外面構成要素（１）の
    上縁または下縁の長さより基本的に短い長さを有するこ
    とを特徴とする装置。
