Description of the Related Art Polycarbonate resin has a high level of impact resistance among thermoplastic resins and is widely used in electrical and electronic fields as an engineering plastic excellent in electrical properties such as electric insulation and dimensional stability. It's being used. However, it has drawbacks such as poor chemical resistance, low surface hardness, poor moldability, and significantly reduced impact strength in the case of thick-walled molded products. In order to improve such a defect, researches in which a polycarbonate resin is used in combination with other thermoplastic resins have been widely conducted. For example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 61-9979 discloses 10-40 parts by weight of polycarbonate / 35-60 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate / thermoplastic polyurethane 25 for the purpose of reducing stress crack resistance and thickness dependence of impact strength.
Resin compositions consisting of -40 parts by weight are disclosed. However, it has not been sufficient for improving the bending strength, the mechanical strength such as the bending elastic modulus, the surface hardness, and the dimensional stability for obtaining a precisely shaped product. There is also an attempt to improve the mechanical strength by using an inorganic filler such as glass fiber in the polycarbonate resin. However, since the polycarbonate resin itself has a high melt viscosity and molding processability is difficult,
The resin composition using glass fiber or the like has further deteriorated fluidity, which makes moldability more difficult.

It Bisphenols are used as the dihydric phenol, and 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane (hereinafter referred to as bisphenol A) is particularly preferable. Further, a part or all of bisphenol A may be replaced with another dihydric phenol. Examples of the dihydric phenol other than bisphenol A include bisphenols such as hydroquinone, 4,4′-dihydroxyphenyl, bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) alkane, and bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) cycloalkane, or 2,2-bisphenol. There are halogenated bisphenols such as (3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl) propane. The above polycarbonate resins may be used alone or as a mixture of two or more kinds.

And has thermoplasticity. Examples of the bifunctional polyol constituting the soft segment include short-chain glycols such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, and 1,6-hexanediol, and adipic acid, succinic acid, suberic acid, and sebacine. Polyesters having a hydroxyl group at the molecular end that have been reacted with a dibasic acid such as acid, pimelic acid, phthalic acid, terephthalic acid, and isophthalic acid, and formed by the reaction of the above-mentioned short-chain glycol with a carbonate precursor such as phosgene Examples thereof include polycarbonates, polyesters based on ring-opening polymerization of lactones such as caprolactone, and polyalkylene ethers such as polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol and polytetramethylene glycol. The short-chain glycol that constitutes the hard segment is ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, 1,
There are 4-butanediol, 1,6-hexanediol and the like.

As a method for synthesizing a thermoplastic polyurethane resin, either a so-called prepolymer method in which a bifunctional polyol and an organic diisocyanate are reacted in advance and then a short-chain glycol is further reacted, or a so-called one-shot method in which all reaction raw materials are mixed at one time Can also be adopted. Preferred commercially available thermoplastic polyurethane resins include, for example, Miractolane E190 (adipate ester type), E390 (polyether type), E590 (polycaprolactone type), and E990 (polycarbonate type) manufactured by Nippon Miractolan Co., Ltd.

できる。When the amount of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin is less than 1 part by weight, a sufficient effect of improving fluidity cannot be obtained, which is not preferable. Further, if it is used in an amount of 30 parts by weight or more, mechanical strength such as bending strength is lowered, which is not preferable. In order to improve the mechanical strength of the resin composition, glass fibers are used, and up to 300 parts by weight can be used per 100 parts by weight of the resin mixture. If it exceeds 300 parts by weight, the fluidity is remarkably reduced, which is not preferable. In the above resin composition, various elastomers, plasticizers, pigments, stabilizers, fillers, metal powders, etc. are appropriately used depending on the purpose and application, as long as the characteristics of the present invention are not impaired. The method for producing the polycarbonate resin composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a commonly known method can be adopted. That is, the polycarbonate resin, the thermoplastic polyurethane resin, and the glass fiber can be uniformly mixed by a high-speed stirrer or the like, and then melt-kneaded by a uniaxial or multiaxial extruder having sufficient kneading ability.
