し部材8の先端部端面にスタッフイングボックス6の環
状突部12と当接するOリング11を、又同じく内周面に軸
1と接するOリング10を設け、他端に位置決め用のセッ
トボルト9を設け、さらに該シール押し部材8のシール
リング2が接する外周面は軸1の軸心と平行であり、2
つのOリング10と11を配設する部分のみ肉厚になってい
る。

池内水をスタッフイングボックス以下まで抜き、しかも
フロック形成池の運転を全面停止させていたが、本考案
により軸だけを停止させる事により、池内水を抜く事な
く交換が可能となった。
