【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 被箱詰め品を搬送する第1のコンベア
と、この第1のコンベアと平行に並設されたカートンを
搬送するための第2のコンベアと、第1コンベアの定位
置に搬送停止された所定個数の被箱詰め品を同時に吸着
し第2コンベアの搬送停止カートンへ移動収納する吸着
ユニットを有した移送装置とを具備する自動箱詰め装置
において、前記移送装置に装備される吸着ユニットを、
コンベア搬送方向に向かうガイドを有し昇降シリンダの
作動によって所定のストロークを上下動されるユニット
基枠と、該ユニット基枠の一端下側部に垂下される固定
の緩衝器と、前記基枠ガイドに所定の間隔を存して摺動
案内される複数の可動体及びこの各可動体の下側部に垂
下される可動の緩衝器と、この固定及び可動の緩衝器の
各可動ロッドの下端ブラケットにコンベア搬送方向に首
振り回動できるように軸支された吸着パットと、この各
吸着パットを水平状態と所定角度の首振り傾斜状態とに
回動変向させるブラケット止着シリンダと、前記ユニッ
ト基枠に装着され一個の可動体を基枠ガイドに沿って水
平移動させる可動体作動シリンダと、前記緩衝器及び吸
着パットの間隔を第1コンベア上の被箱詰め品を同時吸
着し得る拡幅間隔とパット吸着の被箱詰め品を第2コン
ベアの搬送停止カートンへ箱入れし得る縮幅間隔とに変
更できるように各可動体の動きを所定の比率で連動させ
る可動体連動機構とを具備する構成としたことを特徴と
する自動箱詰め装置。

長さが最も長い固定の緩衝器及び該緩衝器の可動ロッド
の下端部に水平に取付けられた固定の吸着パットと、前
記基枠ガイドに所定の間隔を存して摺動案内される複数
の可動体及びこの各可動体の下側部に垂下された縦長さ
が固定緩衝器側から順次に短くなるように変化する可動
の緩衝器と、この各可動緩衝器の可動ロッドの下端ブラ
ケットにコンベア搬送方向に首振り回動できるように軸
支された可動の吸着パットと、この各可動の吸着パット
を水平状態と所定角度の首振り傾斜状態とに回動変向さ
せるブラケット止着シリンダと、前記ユニット基枠に装
着され一個の可動体を基枠ガイドに沿って水平移動させ
る可動体作動シリンダと、前記緩衝器及び吸着パットの
間隔を第1コンベア上の被箱詰め品を同時吸着し得る拡
幅間隔とパット吸着の被箱詰め品を第2コンベアの搬送
停止カートンへ箱入れし得る縮幅間隔とに変更できるよ
うに各可動体の動きを所定の比率で連動させる可動体連
動機構とを具備する構成としたことを特徴とする自動箱
詰め装置。

同時吸着し得る定間隔を保持して緩衝器取付体に固定さ
れた縦長さの等しい固定の緩衝器と、この各緩衝器の可
動ロッドの下端部に水平に取付けられた吸着パットとを
具備する構成とされていることを特徴とする自動箱詰め
装置。
