However, manual engraving requires a large number of man-hours for engraving and is low in productivity.
In addition, there is a large difference in the quality of the product due to the technique of the person who engraves, which is not preferable. On the other hand, the method of using a masking tape and blast or the method of forming a tile with a mold has a problem that only a simple pattern can be applied and a fine pattern cannot be engraved. Furthermore, in the conventional engraving method by hand and the tile molding method using a mold,
The object to be engraved, such as a stone material, must be transferred to the factory where the engraving engineer is located, or the factory that has molding equipment. If the object to be engraved is large, engraving cannot be performed. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems of the conventional engraving method, to efficiently engrave a fine pattern at any place, and to produce a large amount of engraved objects engraved with the same pattern, such as a stone material. To provide an engraving method and a template for engraving.

In the engraving method of the present invention, an engraving paper pattern having an elastic coating whose pattern is represented by minute points of the ink agent is attached to the surface of the object to be engraved, and the object is engraved by blasting. The fine pattern can be engraved on the surface of the object to be engraved without requiring any special technique. Further, since the engraving paper pattern of the present invention has an elastic coating showing a pattern on the surface, when the surface of the object to be engraved is ground by the blasting treatment, the elastic coating does not separate the sand particles elastically. It is possible to protect the surface part of the object to be engraved, which is covered with the elastic coating, and to make this part a convex part. Further, according to the engraving method of the present invention, the engraving paper pattern may be attached to the surface of the object to be engraved and blasted, so that it is not necessary to transfer the object to a predetermined place, and the same engraving is performed. It is possible to mass-produce the engraved objects.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 to 4 show each step of forming an elastic film representing a pattern on the surface of a template for engraving by screen printing. In FIG. 1, a screen 1 made of synthetic fiber woven fabric or metal woven fabric is stretched and fixed to a frame 2. The photosensitive emulsion 3 is placed on the screen 1, and the squeegee 4 is used to uniformly coat the screen 1 as shown in the figure. The arrow A indicates the sliding direction of the squeegee 4 during application. In FIG. 2, a photograph 5 of a positive film or a negative film is arranged on the upper surface of the screen 1 coated with the above-mentioned photosensitive emulsion 3, and this is irradiated with light. The arrow B indicates the emitted light. Photo 5
Has a transparent portion P, the portion P1 of the photosensitive emulsion 3 below the transparent portion P and the portion not covered by the photograph 5 is exposed. On the other hand, the opaque portion Q of the photograph 5 does not transmit light, and the portion Q1 of the photosensitive emulsion 3 below the opaque portion Q is not exposed. In FIG. 3, the screen 1 having the above-described partially light-sensitive emulsion 3 is a jet jet S of water.
Washed by. Due to the jet jet S of this water, the portion Q1 of the photosensitive emulsion 3 which has not been exposed to light is separated from the screen 1. As a result, photo 5 appears on screen 1.
Only the portion P1 of the light-sensitive emulsion 3 corresponding to the transparent portion P of 2 remains. In FIG. 4, the screen 1 described above is arranged on the upper surface of a thin paper 7 attached to a mount 6 made of a plastic film such as polyethylene, polyethyl terephthalate, or vinyl chloride. An ink agent 8 having a liquid urethane rubber-based paste material is applied from the upper surface of the screen 1. The ink agent 8 adheres to the surface of the thin paper 7 through the mesh portion of the screen 1 to which the photosensitive emulsion 3 is not adhered. When the screen 1 is removed after the ink agent 8 has solidified, an engraving paper pattern with a mount having an elastic coating on the surface of which the pattern is represented by minute dots of the ink agent is formed.

The engraving paper pattern is peeled off from the mount paper 6 after the ink is solidified, and is attached to the surface of the object to be engraved 11 as shown in FIG. The engraving paper pattern 9 is composed of a thin paper 7 and an elastic coating 10 representing a pattern, and is attached to the surface of a stone material 11. The attached portion of the elastic coating 10 corresponds to the opaque portion Q of the photograph 5. FIG. 6 shows the stone material 11 being ground by sandblasting. The sandblasted sand 12 collides with the surface of the engraving pattern 9 at high speed by compressed air, destroys the thin paper 7 not covered with the elastic film 10, and further collides with the stone 11 to grind the surface of the stone 11. As a result, the surface portion of the stone material 11 not covered with the elastic coating 10 becomes a recess. On the other hand, the sand 12 that collides with the elastic coating 10 is elastically repelled by the elastic coating 10 and does not collide with the stone material 11. As a result, the surface portion of the stone material 11 covered with the elastic coating 10 is not ground but becomes a convex portion. Since the elastic film 10 has elasticity, it is not destroyed by the sand 12. As a result, a clear pattern can be engraved on the stone material 11. The elastic coating 10 has elasticity, a thickness of 30 to 50 microns, and a hardness of 5 ° (J
ISA) or more, the tensile strength is preferably 5 kgf / cm 2 . If the elastic coating does not have elasticity,
The coating itself is ground and peeled off by the sand. As described above, the surface of the stone material 11 corresponding to the transparent portion P of the photograph 5 is engraved into the concave portion, and the surface of the stone material 11 corresponding to the opaque portion Q is engraved into the convex portion. After engraving, the engraving paper pattern 9 remaining on the surface of the stone material 11 is removed by a method such as washing.

Instead of peeling the engraving template 9 from the mount 7 and adhering it to the stone material 11 as described above, after adhering the engraving template together with the mount material to the stone or the like, only the engraving template is applied to the surface of the stone or the like. There is a method to remove the mount, leaving it on. FIG. 7 shows that the engraving paper pattern is attached to the surface of the stone together with the mount. The engraving paper pattern 9 is adhered to the surface of the stone material 11 while being attached to the mount paper 6. At the time of bonding, as shown in the drawing, the engraving paper pattern 9 is bonded to the stone material 11 on the surface of the thin paper 7 having the elastic coating 10. After bonding, only the mount 6 is removed, leaving the engraving pattern 9. FIG. 8 shows that the engraving template 9 attached to the stone material 11 as described above is being blasted. in this case,
The sand 12 first collides with the thin paper 7 and destroys the thin paper 7. In the portion where the elastic coating 10 exists below the thin paper 7,
The sand 12 collides with the elastic coating 10 and is repelled, and the stone 1
1 is not ground. However, in the part where the elastic coating 10 does not exist below the thin paper 7, the sand 12 is made of stone 11
And the stone material 11 is ground to form a recess. As a result, the portion corresponding to the transparent portion P of the photograph 5 is not ground but becomes a convex portion, while the portion corresponding to the opaque portion Q becomes a concave portion, and the pattern is displayed on the surface of the stone material 11.
