[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial field of application) The present invention relates to a dryer canvas used in the dry part of a paper machine, and has excellent cleaning property and antifouling property on the paper machine, and air permeability adjustment. It is about the dryer canvas.

On the other hand, from the perspective of canvas air permeability, a canvas with a high air permeability of around 20,000 CCM is used in the dry part reduction rate drying zone, but the air permeability is 10,000 in the preheating and constant rate drying zone. Below, a canvas with relatively low air permeability is used with the air permeability adjusted.

As a method for adjusting the air permeability of the dryer canvas, generally, a spun yarn or a multifilament twisted yarn is used as the weft yarn of the intermediate layer, or JP-A-52-7010.
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 5, at least 3 yarns composed of two or more monofilaments having a diameter of at least 3 mm form a cable consisting of at least 3 filaments, and the cable is made non-porous to make the cable a warp yarn. It was used or used for both warp and weft to obtain an arbitrary air permeability.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Increasing the percentage of waste paper in the papermaking process and the use of fillers in neutral papermaking have increased the adherence of dirt to the canvas in the dry part, especially preheating. The canvas used for the zone and the part after the size press has a lot of dirt attached.

On the other hand, the canvas used in the dry part of the preheating zone has the air permeability adjusted as described above, and the warp yarn is made of synthetic resin monofilament, but the weft yarn in the middle layer of the canvas is spun yarn or multi-ply yarn. Many of them are composed of twisted filaments, and spun yarns tend to adhere to the canvas due to the closeness of the gap due to the fluff of the yarn itself or the twisted yarn, and in the case of multifilaments, the closeness of the gaps between individual filaments. However, there is a problem that it is easily clogged, and the cleaning performance when dirt adheres is poor, and as a result, the air permeability of the canvas decreases and the air permeability unevenness occurs, which causes the decrease in drying and unevenness of the paper. ing.

Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-70105, at least the warp yarn is a twisted yarn of several filaments and is composed of a non-porous twisted yarn. In fact, as shown in FIG. There are many voids between them, and when high tension is applied, the voids between filaments decrease, and the cable extends in the lengthwise direction, which is disadvantageous in that dimensional stability is not good. The present invention is provided for the purpose of solving such a problem.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present inventor first limited the warp yarn to a synthetic resin monofilament to secure dimensional stability in the warp yarn.

The present invention relates to a paper-making dryer canvas in which the warp yarns are made of synthetic resin monofilaments. Some or all of the weft yarns are made by twisting 3 to 20 synthetic resin monofilaments having a wire diameter of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. A dryer canvas for papermaking, which is composed of twisted yarns. In the case of canvas other than plain weave, for example, a part of the weft yarn is preferably used as the weft yarn of the intermediate layer rather than the front and back layers.

(Operation) Since the warp yarn is a monofilament, the dryer canvas according to the present invention is not easily stretched against tension, and is easily bent, so that it easily fits on a drum and has good dimensional stability.

In addition, since the intermediate layer weft yarns or all the weft yarns are composed of thin monofilament twisted yarns, the conventional intermediate layer weft yarns are spun yarns or multifilament twisted yarns in a breathability-adjusted canvas. In comparison, flattening is less likely to occur and clogging is less likely to occur, so that stains are less likely to adhere to the canvas, and even if stains are adhered, they are easily washed.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view of a dryer canvas according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The warp yarn (1) and the weft yarn (2) are polyester monofilaments with a diameter of 0.45 mm, and the twisted yarn weft yarn (3) is a weft yarn for adjusting the air permeability and has seven polyester monofilaments with a diameter of 0.2 mm. It is a twisted yarn (twist number 5 T / inch) twisted together. The densities were 68 vertical lines / inch and horizontal (36 + 18) horizontal lines / inch, and the obtained air permeability was 10,000 CCM.

(Effects of the device) In the papermaking dryer canvas according to the present invention, the warp yarns are monofilaments, and some or all of the weft yarns are formed by twisting 3 to 20 synthetic resin monofilaments with a wire diameter of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. Since it is composed of the monofilament twisted yarn, the dimensional stability in the longitudinal direction is good, and the air permeability can be adjusted so that dirt is not attached to the canvas, and even if dirt is attached, it can be easily washed. Particularly in a paper machine equipped with a cleaning device, the on-machine cleaning effect can be effectively exerted, so that the canvas transfer operation can be omitted. Due to the above-mentioned advantages, there is an effect that a decrease in air permeability and a decrease in air permeability due to the use of the canvas can be prevented, and a decrease in drying of the paper and an occurrence of dry unevenness can be prevented.
