2. Description of the Related Art For dustproof clothing used in a clean room or the like, a sheet-like material having an air permeability of 20 cc / cm 2 / sec or less is cut into a predetermined shape and sewn on (wearing as shown in FIG. 1). Sometimes, it is obtained by sewing so as to prevent the so-called golock which is caught in the seam allowance and because of the design effect as a decoration. However, the seam is generally not subjected to the seam sealing treatment such as the fray prevention treatment (for example, heat cutting treatment) of the seam allowance, so that the suture is better than the dust-proof property of the sheet itself. There is a problem that the dustproof property of the part is remarkably low. In addition, dustproof clothing is manufactured by attaching so-called sealing tape from the back of the sewn part (in appearance) to give dustproofness, but the texture is extremely hard and the sealing tape can be seen through. The external appearance is extremely poor.

The object of the present invention is to manufacture a dustproof garment by sewing a sheet-like material cut into a predetermined shape and having an air permeability of 20 cc / cm 2 / sec or less by laying down the sheet. In this case, it is achieved by a method for producing a dustproof garment, characterized in that the sheet-like material laminated at the seam is filled with a hot-melt resin and sewn, and then the hot-melt resin is melted. .

As a result of examining the dustproof property of the sewn portion, the inventors of the present invention have found that in the case of the semi-lay-off stitch as shown in FIG. From No. 6, it was found that dust and air leak and the dustproof property deteriorates. As a result of further study by the present inventors, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the heat-meltable resin 7, while the sheet-like material is laminated in the seam portion such as the joint surface 5 and the space 6 between the folded-back surfaces by semi-lay-off stitching, It was found that the dustproof property can be secured by filling 8 and suturing and then melting the thermofusible resin.

20 cc / cm 2 / sec or less used in the present invention,
Preferably, the sheet-like material having an air permeability of 10 cc / cm 2 / sec or less is a fiber formed of a laminated cloth having a polymer layer on at least one side of a fiber base cloth, a high-density cloth, an ultrafine long-fiber web or a sheet. There are structures, films, etc., and a combination of these. If the air permeability exceeds this value, minute dust passing through the sheet-like material cannot be collected, and the dust resistance is low.

As the polymer layer, there are a porous polymer layer and a non-porous polymer layer, which are polyurethane type, polyacrylic type,
Polyamide-based, polyvinyl chloride-based, polyfluorine-based polymers and the like are used, but polyurethane-based polymers have a moisture permeability of 25.

The thickness of the polymer layer is 30 μm or less, preferably 10 μm or less. The fibrous base fabric used here is applied to knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics made of all fibrous materials, and the yarn usage, fabric weight and the like are appropriately selected depending on the place of use of the dustproof garment and the environment. As a method for forming the polymer layer on the fiber base cloth,
There are coating and laminating methods, and polyurethane-based polymers are preferable as the adhesive used in the laminating method, but polyacryl-based, polyester-based, polyamide-based, polyvinyl chloride-based, polyvinyl acetate-based polymers and the like can also be used.

In the present invention, the sewn by the bottom stitch means a sewn type belonging to a wrapped seam from the classification of the sewn type as illustrated in FIGS. A separate type, hood mask, apron arm cover, etc.)
For example, FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are half-face stitches or one-sided stitching,
It is suitable as a main constituent stitch of a coat or a jacket, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are also generally called octopus stitch, and can be widely used as a sewing method of the main constituent stitch. 5 and 6 are suitable for pocket attachment and rain cover attachment, FIGS. 7 and 8 are suitable for shoulder joints, etc., FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 are suitable for yoke attachment, and FIG. 11 is suitable for fly stitching.

Further, the space between the sheet-like materials laminated in the seam is limited to a seam seam where dust and air leak, and in the drawings illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 12, the joint surface (reference numeral 5) is used. Also, the part of the folded surface (reference number 6) is referred to, and the dust-proof property can be secured by filling this part with a hot-melt resin and melting it after sewing.

As the hot-melt resin used in the present invention, a low melting point synthetic resin adhesive such as polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate or acrylic can be used. However, from the aspects of adhesiveness, durability, handleability and softness of texture,
Polyamide-based is preferred. The form is not particularly limited as long as it is a form in which it is easy to fill and sew between the sheet-like materials laminated at the seam, but the heat-meltable resin form is a film-like or spunbond-like so-called Tape-like materials such as "web-like" are suitable. The weight of the tape-like material is preferably 30 to 100 g / m 2 ,
If it is less than g / m 2 , it is not possible to sufficiently fill the gaps and seams between the sheet materials. When the basis weight is 100 g / m 2 or more, not only the melting condition becomes severe and the product quality becomes poor, but also the texture becomes hard. The width suitable for using the tape-like material is 5 to 20 mm, more preferably 1
It has a width of 0 to 15 mm. If the width is less than 5 mm, it is insufficient to sufficiently supplement the filling site, and if the width is more than 20 mm, it is exposed from the stitched portion and the appearance is deteriorated.

In particular, the hot-melt resin according to the present invention is different from the conventional sealing tape in which an adhesive resin is attached to one side of a cloth, and all of the resin used contributes to the adhesion and the waterproof cloth laminated at the seams. Enclosed in, on the appearance (back side)
One of the features is that the seams are similar to those in a normal sutured state. As a method for melting the heat-meltable resin, a thermocompression bonding apparatus used for ordinary sewing such as an iron, a press, a trowel, and a roller thermocompression bonding machine can be used, and the method is not particularly limited.

A polyamide heat-meltable resin tape with a width of 10 mm along the seam allowance on one side of one cut piece (Diasupan, Taisel Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., basis weight 30 g / m 2 , spunbond)
Was fixed and fixed by suturing with a sewing machine so as not to shift. The other cut piece was laid over it with the seam allowance aligned, and a heat-melting resin tape was placed on it and sewn with a lock stitch sewing machine (ground stitch). One of the cut pieces sewn with the ground stitch was folded back, and a semi-lay-off stitch product was obtained by stitch stitching (lock stitch sewing machine). The heat-fusible resin tape laminated on the seam of the sewn product was melted by hot pressing with an iron (temperature 130 ° C., pressure iron self-weight, time 10 seconds) to obtain a dust-proof sewn product. The sewing conditions are as follows. Sewing machine: Lockstitch sewing machine Sewing machine needle thickness: 0.71 / mm (needle stem diameter) Sewing density: 4 stitches / cm Sewing thread: Polyester long-fiber sewing thread Sewing thread thickness: 50 (sewing thread number)

Comparative Example 2 A sutured article according to Example 2 was obtained without filling the heat-meltable resin in the stitched portion. Table 1 shows the results of performance measurements of air permeability and dust resistance of the sutured articles of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2. As can be seen from these results, all of the examples were very excellent in the dustproof property of the stitched portion. Example 1,
Table 1 also shows the results of measuring the air permeability and the dustproof property of the sheet-shaped material itself of No. 2.
