することも提案されているが、パッド材内のプレートが
パッド材の意匠溝への縫合部の接着を阻害し意匠溝にお
ける表皮材とパッド材との接着が的確に行われ難いとい
う問題もあった。

材に加圧接着するようにしたので、縫合部を意匠溝に位
置合わせする煩雑な作業が不要となり、表皮材の位置決
めを簡単に行えるうえにパッド材の意匠溝における表皮
材との接着が的確に行われるので仕上がりのよい高品質
の車輛用座席や車輛用内装材が安価に量産でき、また、
表皮材を起毛表皮材としたときにはパッド材と起毛表皮
材とがクランパによる引込力とパッド材の復元力とによ
り接着され両型による加圧がなくても的確な接着を行え
るので毛倒れがなくなる。また、前記したように高品質
