2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a printing method called a transfer method has been adopted when multicolor printing or photographic printing is required for a plastic molded product or the like. This transfer method uses a transfer paper obtained by printing on a release paper or a plastic release film having a releasing property by a usual method, and further applying a heat-sensitive adhesive on the printed matter. Printing is performed by transferring printing ink from the paper to the printing medium when the printing medium surfaces are overlapped and pressed by a hot roll or the like.

Since the release film for transfer printing of the present invention uses a polyester film as a base material, the release film has good dimensional stability and enables release and printing of ink on one surface of the base film. Since the layer is formed, general transfer printing is possible, and since a transparent polyester film is used and a transparent coating mat layer is formed, it has transparency and is suitable for transfer printing. Easy to position. Furthermore, since the coating mat layer in which the inorganic fine particles are dispersed and mixed is formed on the other surface (back surface) of the base film, the surface opposite to the surface on which the ink is printed becomes a rough surface, and the release area is reduced due to the reduction of the contact area due to the roughening. Effectively preventing blocking with the adhesive layer formed on the printing ink printed on the layer, and further forming a silicone type release agent layer on this coating mat layer, combined with roughening Furthermore, the blocking phenomenon can be effectively prevented.

In this case, according to the release film 1 for transfer printing of this embodiment, the base film 2 has transparency, and the coating mat layer does not impair the transparency of the base film. It is easy to position.
In addition, the coating mat layer 4 is formed on the back surface of the base film 2.
Since the silicone-based release agent layer 6 is formed, the back surface of the substrate film 2 is roughened and has releasability. Therefore, even when the transfer papers 9 are stacked or rolled up. Blocking with the adhesive layer 8 is prevented, and it is not necessary to sandwich the interleaving paper between the transfer sheets as in the conventional case. Furthermore, since the antistatic agent layer 5 is interposed between the coating mat layer 4 and the silicone type release agent layer 6,
The generation of static electricity can be prevented, and when printing the ink layer 7, it is possible to effectively prevent troubles due to static electricity and troubles such as sticking of the base film 2 to impair continuous printing. The release film 1 for transfer printing of this example
Since the surface of the base material film 2 on which the ink layer 7 is formed is smooth, the transferred ink layer 7 becomes glossy.
