ーター及び電動機を制御する制御装置とを備えていた。

を庫内に送るため,又は庫内の空気を循環させるための
ファンモーター12により駆動されるファン11が取り
付けてある。撹拌は電動機4の動力を小プーリー5,ベ
ルト6,大プーリー7により減速した後,容器3内の撹
拌翼8を回転させることにより行なう。パン生地16の
温度を検知するための温度センサー13は容器3の外底
面に下方から圧接している。制御装置15は温度センサ
ー13の検知温度を入力とし,ヒーター9,ファンヒー
ター10,電動機4,ファンモーター12などを制御す
る機能を有している。
