Abstract

PURPOSE:To indivisually separate and take out two kinds of glasses of a laminated glass from the intermediate layer so that the glasses are reutilized. CONSTITUTION:A laminated glass consisting of two kinds of glasses and an intermediate layer is heated to soften the intermediate layer and the glasses are indivisually separated. The intermediate layer is then hydrated by immersion in warm water if necessary to reduce the adhesive strength of the intermediate layer and this layer is removed from the laminated glass.

2. Description of the Related Art Some laminated glass, such as some automobile window glasses, is formed by bonding two kinds of glass having different compositions with a PVB interlayer film. For example, a colored glass such as heat ray absorbing glass is used for the outer plate, and a normal plate glass is used for the inner plate. When the glass is separated and collected from such laminated glass, if the inner plate and the outer plate are collected at the same time, since the compositions are different, it cannot be reused as a raw material for high-quality glass with strict composition control. Conventionally, a method of separately recovering an inner plate and an outer plate from such a laminated glass has not been known.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to newly provide a method of separately recovering an inner plate and an outer plate from such a laminated glass which has not been known. Conventionally, there is no known method to separate and collect the inner and outer plates with different compositions, so the laminated glass that is no longer needed is either landfilled as it is or melted as it is, resulting in poor quality glass or glass fiber. Had been replayed. In order to reuse the separated and recovered glass as a raw material for high-quality glass such as glass for automobiles or construction, it is indispensable to recover the inner plate and outer plate having different compositions separately. There is a strong demand.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, in which a laminated glass is heated to a temperature at which an interlayer film softens, and an inner plate and an outer plate are recovered separately. And a method for recovering glass from a laminated glass. In the present invention, the method of separately separating the inner plate and outer plate of the laminated glass heated to a temperature at which the interlayer film is softened from the interlayer film is carried out by holding both these plates by a vacuum chuck or separating them, or glass on one side. Hold only and separate the other glass. In this case, the glass is usually heated while being held, but it may be held at the time of heating.

As a method for holding only one side of the glass, a vacuum chuck or a method of inserting a claw-shaped object between the inner and outer plates can be used. The glass may be held horizontally, diagonally or vertically, but it is possible to use the self-weight. A method of holding the lower glass horizontally is preferable in that the lower glass can be separated. The heating temperature is 150 to 250 ° C, preferably 180 to 230 ° C
In that case, it is desirable that the time until separation does not become too long and that the intermediate film is not ignited.

The separately collected glass is reused after the attached intermediate film is peeled off. However, when the glass is soaked in warm water, the adhesive force of the intermediate film is lowered and the glass can be easily peeled off. When steam is used for the heating method, the interlayer film is more easily separated from the glass.

FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of an example of the present invention. The collected laminated glass is sorted into the same type according to the type of inner plate and outer plate. Next, these laminated glasses are put into a heating furnace and heated to a temperature at which the interlayer film softens, and thereafter, the inner plate and the outer plate are separated. Since at least one of these separated glasses has an intermediate film adhered to it, if this intermediate film can be easily peeled off, it can be carried out immediately after separation, but usually these glasses are placed in a warm water tank. It is charged and immersed until the adhesive strength of the interlayer film decreases due to water content. In this case, in order to facilitate the collection of glass for different types of glass, it is desirable to separately put the glass into different hot water tanks.

In order to peel off the interlayer film from the glass, a stirring device is provided in the water tank, and a water flow is applied to the glass in a state where the adhesive force of the interlayer film is sufficiently reduced or disappeared, and the water force causes the interlayer film to be removed from the glass. Remove and collect the glass and interlayer separately.

The separation of the inner plate and the outer plate according to the present invention is not limited to the case where the two have different compositions, but even if they have the same composition, the glass and the intermediate film can be easily separated, so that the glass is separated. It is effective as a method of collecting. Furthermore, whether they have the same composition or different compositions,
When a coating layer of black ceramic paint or the like is provided on the surface of one of the glasses, it is effective to recover both of them so that they can be collected separately.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 2A, one surface of the laminated glass, that is, the upper glass (inner plate) 1 is held by a vacuum chuck 4 and placed in a heating furnace 5. At this time, the heating furnace 5 is kept at about 150 ° C. by the heater 6, and when the intermediate film 2 is softened by heating and the lower glass (outer plate) 3 falls on the conveyor 7 by its own weight as shown in FIG. 2B. Then, the conveyor was operated and the glass 3 was taken out of the heating furnace as shown in FIG. 2 (c) and immersed in warm water of about 90 ° C. Next, the upper glass 1 was also released from the vacuum chuck 4, carried out of the furnace by the conveyor 7, and similarly immersed in warm water. When the adhesive strength of the interlayer film 2 decreased due to the water content, the interlayer film 2 was peeled off from the glass and removed, and the glasses 1 and 3 could be recovered separately.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention has an excellent effect that only the glass can be collected by separating the inner plate and the outer plate from the laminated glass which has been conventionally discarded as landfill or recycled as low quality glass or the like. However, there are effects such as effective use of resources and reduction of waste generation.
